Après une journée en centre ville de Toronto, finir par ce parc au bord du lac Ontario est une très bonne idée. En pleine nature et plus haut, voir le parc avec des "reliques" des anciens bâtiments de Toronto qu'ils ont placé là telles des vestiges d'une ville grecque.

Best place to have parties with large groups. They have multiple big halls which is best for official/personal events. This was owned by an art lover so you can see beautiful paintings there.

We enjoyed walking about and looking at these historic structures. I'm glad people were able to save and preserve these beautiful pieces.

My girlfriend surprised me by bringing me here before we went for dinner for my birthday. Knowing that I enjoy seeing old historic buildings and structures.

Spanning 36 hectares in eastern Scarborough, the Guild Park and Gardens is situated next to Scarborough Bluffs. This park features an array of heritage and cultural assets, natural forest, and an extensive network of trails with scenic views of Lake Ontario. The park's history as an artist colony is evident in its collection of architectural relics, carefully preserved from the demolition of buildings in downtown Toronto and arranged in a manner evoking ancient ruins. Visitors can explore the park's outdoor Greek stage and historic 19th-century log cabin, a rare example of its kind in Toronto. A long-term plan has been initiated by the City to guide future park uses, trails, horticultural elements, and the preservation of natural and cultural heritage features.

We made it a habit to visit this charming park every summer. Strolling through this tranquil park was an extremely pleasant experience. Additionally, I have a sentimental attachment to this park, as it was where my sister took her wedding photos.

吉爾德公園坐落在多倫多的士嘉堡懸崖 (Scarborough Bluffs) 的高處，佔地約88英畝。公園內有安大略湖景、自然的森林、花園裡有豐富的古蹟和雕塑。在1960年代，由 多倫多市中心 的古老建築拆除後，部份建築遺跡，巧妙地佈置在吉爾德花園內。這裡的每一處角落，都仿佛是時光的拼圖，串聯起城市記憶的碎片。吉爾德公園與花園，不僅是古建築遺跡的展示，更是藝術與自然的交融。

克拉克夫婦和藝術家

公園的故事，始於 1932 年。慈善家 Rosa 和 Spencer Clark 夫婦創立的藝術家社區，在大蕭條的陰影中，為藝術家們搭建了一個避風港，邀請他們在這片土地上生活與創作，共享陽光與泥土的氣息。

在1960年代，當多倫多市中心的古老建築被拆除時，克拉克夫婦決定將部份斷垣殘壁、雕花石柱一一保存，並安置於此園內，保存了多倫多的建築遺產。花園內那些古老的拱門和科林斯柱頭，仿佛歷史的低語，述說著曾經的輝煌。

克拉克夫婦於 1978 年出售了他們的財產，現在，整個吉爾德公園由多倫多市和地區保護局管理。

Absolutely great park with some sneaky spots to see Ontario lake. Very good. I actually haven't been in this park for about 10 years. And totally forgotten about it.

I recommend it for sure. Also has plenty of architectural pieces all over. Also an amphitheater! There are performances there actually.

The park is rich in history featuring remnants and architectural pieces of Toronto’s past. The place stands out with well maintained gardens. It’s a perfect place for a leisurely stroll.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! You’ll see amazing ancient sculptures along with an opportunity to click amazing photos besides walking through a long trail. Its a perfect place to chill and a few hours will go by very easily. Wasn’t expecting something like this near Scarborough, certainly a hidden gem!
