Les moins : wifi très lents, 2 serviettes dans une chambre de 2 lits queen pour 4, pas de chambre plus grande alors qu'il y a "suites" dans le nom, des chambres qui sentent la cigarette

The place was not clean. The lobby was not welcoming. It was late when we arrived on our road trip and went by on line recommendations. We were two single women traveling with dogs, but we did not enjoy the experience and barricaded our doors as there were people loitering in the parking area. The back of the building was littered with garbage and cigarette butts. The first floor smelled of cigarette smoke though it is marked as a smoke free building. There were no marked fire exits or smoke alarms. The doors were locked at midnight with no way to exit during an emergency. One of the doors was plexiglass rather than glass so you wouldn't have been able to force your way out.

The room did not have a working air conditioner. We were quickly moved to another room. We were also given a fan to use, which was wonderful. The rooms do need a good deep clean, but overall not bad. OK for a quick stay.

I enjoyed my stay here, the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a balcony area with a nice view.

Wow. Staff were jarringly uninterested and seemed to be taking turns sleeping in the front office, or walking around in sandals or without any footwear at all.

Bathrooms covered in yellow staining, clogged drains and dust covered vents galore. A rather eclectic mix of insects and strong odours in the hallways.

There aren't many options in the area unless you plan on making your way into the inner core of Sudbury, and this lack of competition is reflected on the quality of this place.

As a side-note, it would appear many of these reviews are fake, so please keep that in mind when browsing through.

We stayed for 2 night for a wedding in Lively, the room we had was clean, the bathroom and shower looked newly remodeled. The staff however.....not great I would say almost rude. They lock the doors at midnight and reopen at 6am. We had a long drive home and the weather was going to be nasty all the way home so we went to the lobby at 6:15, door still locked we rang the bell rude front desk guy came out of the office and said you open the latch at the top of the door!!! Other then the staff great place to stay at a great price.

Clean, friendly & warm with lovely views from the Mountain view rooms. The Innkeeper & staff are kind & accommodating. Comfortable beds & good coffee. Big parking lot. Yummy Chinese restaurant. Will stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lively Inn and Suites Motel for four days, and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, making me feel instantly welcomed. The motel itself is a gem. The rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and impeccably clean. The decor is tasteful and modern, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

The staff at Lively Inn and Suites deserve special mention. They were professional, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay memorable. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and even helped me with directions. Their genuine care and willingness to assist truly made a difference. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The parking facilities were convenient, providing peace of mind.

Location-wise, Lively Inn and Suites Motel is situated in a great area with great neighborhood . Overall, my four-day stay at Lively Inn and Suites Motel was simply outstanding. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
