C'est l'activité à faire absolument si vous passez à Victoria.

Nous avons passé 2h inoubliables dans le port. Le guide donne plein d'explications (en anglais) sur les lieux et les différentes créatures que l'on peut croiser (otaries, oiseaux, phoques) ainsi que la végétation ou encore l'histoire des ponts etc. Nos kayaks doubles étaient munis d'un gouvernail ce qui les rend bien moins sensibles au vent et plus faciles à diriger. Ils sont munis d'une jupe ce qui permet de rester totalement au sec. Tout le matériel est fourni sur place. La sécurité est aussi une priorité de l'équipe et toutes les consignes sont claires pour évoluer sans danger parmi les bateaux-taxi, les hydravions etc.

This is the must do activity if you are in Victoria.

We spent an unforgettable 2 hours in the port. The guide gives a lot of explanations on the places and the different creatures that one can cross (sea lions, birds, seals) as well as the vegetation or the history of the bridges etc. Our double kayaks had a rudder which makes them much less sensitive to the wind and easier to steer. They are fitted with a skirt which allows us to stay completely dry. All equipment is provided on site. Safety is also a priority for the team and all instructions are clear to navigate safely among water taxis, seaplanes etc.

Super balade au départ des maisons flottantes dans le port de Victoria 🙂 j'ai adoré ramer avec un "vrai" kayak, diriger avec les pieds, avec une "jupe" pour être protégé de l'eau 👍

Nous avons passé un excellent moment en kayak avec le privilège des explications en français d'Isabelle, pour mes parents qui ne sont pas très à l'aise avec la langue anglaise. Toute l'équipe fût arrangeante pour nous trouver un horaire disponible. Je recommande vivement cette expérience!

Austin the tour guide on this adventure was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and informative. The views were amazing, and I felt so comfortable and safe during the tour. Also, our group was extremely small consisting of myself and two other guests. The tour felt very personal, and we had the experience to see many sea creatures along the way. I highly recommend this tour. Additionally, Austin was so nice as to take pictures and send them to me. Thank you!

We enjoyed a sunset tour with our guide Austin. He accommodated to the pace we wanted to go and was knowledgeable about the harbor and its history. You learn a lot more about what you’re seeing when you go with a tour vs just a rental. Plus, their prices are much better than other rental locations nearby. Lots of extra mile service like a splash skirt, windbreaker, gloves if needed, and water.

Incredible! Mitch and his crew were amazing; very helpful and knowledgeable. They have amazing go to spots where you get to see seals and otters. Mitch has many interesting facts about the area and seals. We managed to learn a lot while having a great time. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great time, see animals and beautiful views while being entertained.

Had a great time, got way closer to see seals, starfish, a bald eagle than one would on a usual animal watch tour and it also had a nice sporty, adventurous vibe to it. Also great guiding.

Amelia was a terrific, knowledgeable and entertaining guide. My daughters and I had a great experience kayaking the harbor and seeing jellyfish, crab, seals, river otters, Bert Zappery, and eating kelp. I’d recommend it to anyone. Kelp Reef Adventures was remarkably accommodating and easy to work with. They even managed to overcome my scheduling mistake.
