Theresa planned a lovely trip to Italy for us in May 2025! Every detail was looked after! Car rentals/hotel bookings/train travel and activities such as Food Tour in Bologna and Pasta/Gelato making class in Florence-both fantastic!

I was lucky enough to connect with Sam Wallbridge when searching for a much-needed break!

She suggested Las Brises Huatulco and it turned out to be one of my best trips ever. I returned relaxed, with a new mind-set. My tennis game was rejuvenated with lessons from Paco, the food was delicious, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I even had a chance to do some work by the pool, thanks to wifi.

Sam got everything right, including checking me in for my flights.

I'm looking forward to her planning my next getaway!

We have just returned from a wonderful two week trip to Krakow, Prague, Vienna, and Weisbaden, Germany, arranged by Theresa. We were three senior women travelling back to Europe for the first time in many years, and Theresa arranged an amazing rail tour for us that included 1st class rail journeys, comfortable hotels (with great breakfasts), and several tours that enhanced our visit. The highlight for me was the tour, dinner and concert at the Schonbrunn Palace in Vienna! Theresa also arranged our flights and an added visit to friends in Wiesbaden. We were starting and ending our trip from different cities, so this was a complicated task, which she made seem effortless. Theresa was knowledgeable, patient, responsive to our many questions, and communicated promptly throughout the planning process, even responding to questions during the trip. Thank you, Theresa, for arranging a truly memorable holiday for the three of us.

We decided to go with a travel agency for our trip to Hawaii/Australia as there were a lot of details to the trip that were overwhelming us. We had the pleasure of working with Sam from Departures Travel, who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a stress free vacation. She was in communication with us throughout the planning process, was always happy to answer any questions, gave us options that were within the budgets that we had talked about, gave us lots of suggestions for tours in the areas we were visiting and following what we had expressed interest in seeing/accomplishing. She booked hotels/tours/flights for us in a very timely fashion. She also made us a travel Itinerary to follow, which was very reassuring for a nervous traveller like myself. She even checked in with us to see if there were any issues for each flight/hotel/tour, even after business hours and on her days off.
