Lost my Arcteryx jacket in the 250 bus, a week later, Martin Blasiak, a mechanic of Blue bus send me message themat he found it and that I can pick it up at the dispatch in North Van. In Germany, where I live, I am pretty sure the jacket would have been gone forever. Thank you Martin! Thank you West Van Blue bus!

Amazing customer service over the phone, when I lost my wallet on a bus. They took my information promptly, assured me they would help every step of the way, to check lost and found area, has anyone returned. within 2 minutes they said, they found my wallet. I have to say, Canadian are generally quite generously honestly, don’t lose this habit of humanity and honestly. Anyway, the west vancouver blue bus staff are super efficient and friendly. Thank you very much!

Amazing customer service over the phone when I lost my wallet on a bus. They took my information promptly, assured me they would help every step of the way, and would call me when the bus driver got it. They did within 10 minutes and the bus driver had it on his way back ready for me. Efficient and friendly.

Terrible service. Trying to catch a ferry? Make sure you catch a bus earlier then you need to. But wait! That’s not enough. Because that bus will be 5 minutes early, so you’ll miss it. Then, the next one will be running 12 minutes behind. And voila! Even with careful planning you’ve missed your ferry.

worst service wait half an hour for take the bus from park royal to burrad station even in weekdays. You charges too much for recharge the compass card atleast improve your service.

I have to leave 30 minutes early every day because I have no idea when one of their busses will show up. If you can, avoid their busses at all costs in favour of coast mountain busses (although they can have their own problems). It is a grim miracle that translink hasn’t ended their contract with them.

Great drivers on my 256 Spuraway shuttle bus. That I take to work now with the new schedule 7:13 am. Mostly folks on that trip are in their 80's. However the first Monday today Feb. 25th. of the new schedule there was no bus? It was freezing outside. I was not late at Spuraway! I was there at 7:00 am I waited for another 20 minutes and called a taxi to take myself and several of my neighbors to there destination.
I lost an hours pay waiting for the phantom bus. And paid a taxi $15.00 to get to work. I don't make a lot of money. Only $30.00 per hr.

Yes I understand that drivers call in sick! Is their no contingency
