We spent 3 nights at the Wetherly Inn and loved everything about it. The setting (a luxurious garden, a nice swimming-pool, a cute little pond where you can read for hours, a large and classy room) invites you to relax and take a break from the world. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, breakfast was delicious. Definitely our favorite spot during our Canadian vacation. Wished we could have stayed more. We'll be back!:-)|Nous avons passé 3 jours au Wetherly Inn, et ce fut l'occasion de prendre une pause bien méritée dans un voyage trépidant. Tout dans la chambre d'hôtes ( le jardin luxuriant, la piscine, la petite mare où l'on peut lire pendant des heures sur des fauteuils confortables, la chambre spacieuse et décorée avec soin) vous invite à vous poser et à profiter de l'instant présent. Le b and b est à 15 min de la petite capitale de l'île, donc si l'on veut retrouver la civilisation, c'est possible aussi!|Il y a un petit frigo, du café à dispo, tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien.|Ce fut notre arrêt préféré lors de ces vacances canadiennes. On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps, on reviendra!!

Nous avons séjourné en Juin au Wetherly Inn dans l'île de Salt Spring dans le golfe de Vancouver.|Niché au milieu de la forêt ,ce magnifique établissement est un B and B de luxe.|Le bâtiment principal compte quatre chambres, deux cottages indépendants et la maison des propriétaires sont aussi situés sur la propriété dans un trés beau et vaste parc ,où l'on trouve un ruisseau,un petit lac,une piscine ,un spa une salle de fitness.|Accueil bilingue chaleureux,petits déjeuners "home made" savoureux",propreté exemplaire .Les escaliers en bois verni brillent tellement qu'on enléve naturellement ses chaussures,attention parce qu'ils sont glissants !!!|Trés bel endroit!

We were planning to stay at the Hastings House but they could not accommodate four nights in a row, so we stayed here instead and I am so glad that we did! Wetherly Inn is peaceful, with lovely tranquil gardens and hiking right outside the door. The room was beautiful (Gold Room--book this one if you love bathtubs!) and the "continental" breakfast was tasty and filling and we really looked forward to it! I wish I had taken advantage of the heated pool and hot tub, but we did play several spirited games of ping pong one afternoon when it rained.

This is one of our favorite places to go to! Extremely relaxing, lots of fun amenities, beautiful gardens and the breakfasts have been delicious. We appreciate how the owners and staff manage to balance being available, while giving you tons of privacy. They've created a true oasis! Excited to stay here again.

A slice of heaven on Earth. We decided to stay at Wetherly Inn for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier. The room was gorgeous and modern, with a magnificent soaking tub, balcony overlooking the ground and sumptuous four poster bed. The staff were welcoming and informative - Stephanie took care of all of our needs, booked us for excellent massages, and cooked some of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The grounds...what can I say about the grounds except that they have to be experienced to be believed. We spent hours sitting and enjoying the majestic gardens, strolling through the well manicured lawns, hearing the waterfalls cascading through the property, or soaking in the sun while lounging by the pool and hot tub. I could go on even longer, but there's no need. This place has joined our list of "must stay" vacation spots, and we will definitely be back. 10/5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😁❤️🩴🌞

What a wonderful place to stay. It is off the beaten path. This place is fantastic. Breakfast is included along with a welcoming hot beverage brought to your room before breakfast. A continental breakfast is served with an option to add selected items to order for a fee. I recommend adding the optional cooked breakfast items for those with a large appetite. An outdoor pool, hot tub, and ponds await you on the spacious landscape. There are many water features. A spa that offers a full range of services is a short distance from the inn. The grounds are well-kept, private, spacious, and quiet. The sound of the forest, trickling water, and gardens welcome you. No televisions or telephones are in the rooms to bother you. There is a television for viewing on the first floor. Upon arrival, the staff will bring your luggage to your room as the inn has many stairs. The staff are warm and friendly. The Wi-Fi speed is excellent. A microwave, and a fridge is stocked with complementary water and assorted beverages for guest use on the third floor. The pool house cabana is also stocked with complementary water and assorted beverages.Additionally, there is a well-equipped gym and a second-floor game cottage. It is truly a five-star experience, but it is too bad it is up for sale and not taking any bookings for 2025.

Can not recommend this place enough! Stephanie and her parents were the most accommodating hosts ever. We came for our honeymoon and were blown away.

The room (#1) was clean, gorgeous, and had a wonderful balcony looking over the grounds. Further, the grounds themselves were beautiful and mesmerizing. We spent a lot of time walking around and enjoying the flowers and various sitting areas. There's a clean swimming pool, hot tub, a few little ponds to admire, and flowers galore!

A morning coffee/tea can be delivered to your room, and then you can head down to the breakfast room where you can get more coffee/tea and enjoy the delicious freshly prepared foods as part of the continental breakfast. Sweet and savory options, homemade jams and jellies, breads, hard boiled eggs, and more. There is also an option (at an additional cost) to have a hearty option made for you such as bacon/eggs/potatoes which was also incredible. All this while enjoying the awe-inspiring views of the gardens.

Pictures do not do this place justice. Highly recommend to experience it for yourself!

An absolutely idyllic spot. My wife and I spent a wonderful 3 days at the Inn and would have loved to stay longer. The gardens are truly remarkable, like Butchart Gardens minus the crowds! We were awoken every morning by a knock on the door and a tray of delicious coffee and homemade cookies left at the door. We sat out on our private balcony savouring the gorgeous view and the peaceful babbling of the waterfalls. Breakfasts were a delicious selection of homemade breads and jams, fruit, granola etc, with full cooked breakfasts also available (we didn't feel the need with the sumptuous spread provided). The rooms were beautifully appointed and very comfortable; in fact the entire inn was lovely, with plenty of original artwork. As for the grounds, you could retire to read in the Adirondack chairs on the little dock on the koi-stocked pond, or enjoy the hot tub or mosaic-tiled swimming pool, all in their own private nooks in the beautiful gardens. The Inn is conveniently located just a short drive from Ganges (and, in fact, all of the island). Finally, any description of the Inn wouldn't be complete without mention of Stephanie, our wonderful host, and her husband Les. We hope to make it back to the West Coast again soon, and we can't imagine being in this part of the world without staying at The Wetherly Inn again.
