Small slice of paradise, hidden back from the streets a nice quiet getaway. Equipped with a verity of boats boards life jackets. A beautiful new dock in the water perfect for swimming or sunning. It was a wonderful family getaway. Each room stocked with board games, cozy fire place and fans depending on the season. Flowers fruit trees and forest all wrapped into this cabins lake side experience. Topped off with friendly people, amazing service, and very sweet pups to greet everyone and make you feel welcomed ❤️

Maple Ridge Cottages is our favorite place to visit and stay, this being our 4th year back. The cabin is quiet, private, and surrounded by nature. It offers the perfect mix of comfort and adventure. We loved playing with the different outdoor games that were available and enjoying the peaceful views from the deck. The cabin is always clean, well-equipped, and has a cozy charm that makes us feel right at home. It is the ideal spot to unwind and disconnect. We’re already planning our return!

My family and I rented 2 cabins for a week. Both cabins were beautiful! We really appreciated their attention to detail using good quality supplies and the thought put into possible needs of
the patrons.
Great fishing, peaceful and relaxing.
Also, and very important to a non smoker, there is no smoking!
One of my worries was that we'd be smelling other people's smoke all week.
That didn't happen. Yay!
Bill and Ashley, the owners, were so attentive and kind.
We would definitely go back!

We love Maple Ridge cottages. We have been coming for 6 day stays for the last 8 years. Bill and Ashley are fabulous hosts, and the improvements they have been making to the property are wonderful. We are allowed to bring our dog, and Bill found a huge dog-couch blanket to protect the chouch that alleviates any guilt about dog hair. The setting is idyllic, the weather was perfect, and we are already looking forward to next summer! The kitchen is always well stocked with dishes and pots etc which makes cooking for all 11 of us easy. Thank you so much Bill and Ashley! We love our visits.

We stayed for 4 nights at this wonderful relaxing place. Very peaceful and beautiful getaway, directly overlooking a wonderful lake. The kids had a ball fishing and swimming. Plenty of available non motorized water craft at your disposal. The cabins are rustic but well maintained and fully stocked with everything one may require, and a few more things that are often overlooked in other places we have been to. The hosts are very welcoming and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. We will be going back.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, I felt completely relaxed. The serene setting, the cozy cottages, the beautiful view, and amazing island are just a few things that contributed to an incredible weekend away. The cottages are exactly what I look for in a cozy weekend away. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, good size bathroom, ample space, and an amazing deck with an unforgettable view of St Mary's Lake. We watched a spectacular sunrise and enjoyed coffee on the dock. Even though it's not the heat of summer, we still enjoyed the lake and the activities! Beautiful grounds with plenty of space for my little guy to play. Already counting down the days until we go back!

Fantastic location with beautiful views and access to the lake. The cabins were clean and stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were so accommodating and kind. Kayaks and canoes to take out were in great condition. The lake was so peaceful and cool to explore on the boats - turtles, eagles, birds, fish, snails - so much wildelife! Fishing off the docks was also fun for the kids. The property is large so even though every space is communal, with there only being 5 cabins, there is always a place for you to stretch out, relax, and have fun. Our family had an absolutely wonderful 4 night stay and will definitely be back!

Great spot to stay. Very nice management/owners. And right on the lake. Cabins are rustic and well equipped. Nice having a BBQ. Access to rowboats and kayaks is also really nice. If you're a thread counter, this is not the place for you. But if you like the quiet part of Saltspring and being on a lake, this is a very affordable option. The sun does go down behind the hill behind, so by about 6 the lawns and dock are in shade. But the morning sun is amazing. And well worth the trade off.
