We were recommended to Sandy by a friend who had previously used her services. This was our first trip out of the country. All of our arrangements went off without a hitch. Sandy has organized two cruises for me. The first was a week long cruise to Alaska. It gave us our first taste of cruising. Prior to departure we were assisted with setting up our cruise accounts, downloading apps and getting our medallions. All aspects of the cruise were explained to me so I was adequately prepared. It was flawless. Our second cruise was to the Mediterranean with 14 ports of call. Given some health challenges, we really relied on Sandy to make sure every detail was in place. From the flights, hotels on layovers, private transports to and from airports and private tours, it went brilliantly. That included dealing with ships having to dock elsewhere and rearranging our transport when inclement weather had Venice in an uproar. Again, apps were downloaded, set up and reviewed. Travel tags ordered, all reservations, tours, insurance, transport was clearly laid out. Our communication to Sandy on our trip was one button away if we ran into problems. I will be giving her name to anyone who wants lots of support to have a perfect holiday. Sandy, you are SO good at your job. Thank you

Sandy did a great job setting up our itinerary and supporting us during our 6 week Africa Adventure. She combined 3 separate tours, one of East Africa (safaris in Kenya and Tanzania), one to Zanzibar and the last to Southern Africa (further safaris South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana). She was there supporting us the whole way through our trip. For example, when our flight was delayed and we missed our original connection, Sandy quickly rebooked us on a later flight and rearranged hotel transfers. This was all complete before we landed even with a 9 hour time difference. She provided us really good advice (what currencies we should use) before we left plus made sure our tour operators were made aware of any changes in arrival times. She ensured we had all the documentation we needed for various countries we visited. Sandy made sure we had a fabulous trip from start to finish. She checked in with us when after we got back to here about our experiences on the safaris and any concerns that came up and provide feedback to the tour operators. We would highly recommend Sandy to those planning extensive travel adventures. She takes the stress and worry out of travel especially when you are far away from home.

Sandy was fantastic to work with as we planned our trip to Iceland and destinations beyond. Sandy is very thorough getting all docs emails for our records and also set up all of our travel documents for easy access on the Trip Plans App for each leg of our trip. She offered up two great itinerary options based on some general criteria that we had and we really enjoyed her suggestions. We were grateful that she was available during our trip should we need any questions answered, changes made, or general support for any issues. Sandy is a great communicator and kept us in the loop at all times and was always available with quick response through email. We really look forward to working with Sandy again for our next trip planning as she made it worry free and stress free which can rarely be said for trip planning in general. Sandy helped us plan a nearly 4wk Mediterranean vacation which included air, train, hotels, transfers, tours and a 2wk cruise. She is knowledgeable and professional with a very keen attention to detail. We gave her a sense of what we wanted and she took that information and turned it into the vacation of a lifetime. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. If we had any questions Sandy was just a quick message away and she got back to us quickly (especially given the different time zones). We would highly recommend Sandy and can't wait to start planning our next vacation with her!
