Excellent trip to Northern India with a large family group from Canada and Australia spanning ages 12-82. Jaideep was incredibly helpful from start to finish. The cars he arranged were reliable and comfortable and the drivers were friendly, punctual and incredibly skilled-managing the challenging roads and traffic easily. The tour guides in the Golden Triangle portion of the trip were excellent and the hotels worked well for our diverse group. Jaideep provided very clear information on what to expect on each stop and was very flexible when members of the group needed to adjust their itinerary.
What really set this trip apart was the exceptional communication throughout. Jaideep and his Delhi counterpart were available at all hours and their responsiveness was much appreciated. His assistance made coordinating such a large group much easier.

We all highly recommend Jaideep for anyone planning a trip to India -his professionalism, communication and attention to detail helped make it a trip to remember.

We just came back from a fantastic family group trip to Jamaica with Sachkhand Travels, and it was a 10/10 experience! We were a group of 40 people flying from different cities across Canada — Toronto , Calgary , Vancouver , and Edmonton — and everything was planned perfectly.

Big shoutout to Jaideep Singh and his team for handling all the flights, airport transfers, and resort bookings so smoothly. We stayed at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall, an amazing all-inclusive resort with great food, clean rooms, and beautiful beach views.

One thing we really appreciated — all our rooms were arranged close to each other, which made it so easy to stay connected as a group.

Called sachkhand travels to book a ticket, it wasn't a very good experience. As, I get my tickets booked from them in past several times. But this time, call was answered by customer rep who was super rude. Even he was in such a rush. He couldn't wait for the paspport photo to be sent over to him. He was stressing me out by keep on asking in very rude tone if I have sent it or not. Because of his BAD customer service, I will opt different travel agency from now on.

My mother was hospitalized while we were traveling in Mexico. She fell and shattered her upper arm. There were a lot of complications. We upgraded our ticket to business class and didn't end up using it because the insurance company covered it. This company kept the money. I contacted the agent many times, and he kept saying he would call me back when he sorted it out. That never happened. I'll never use this or any travel agency again.
