Odette not only found and booked for me the best fare from Manila to Vancouver, but she also assisted me so efficiently when my flight got canceled by the airline on the day of my departure. She immediately called and informed me that she was already taking care of my rebooking, and in a matter of a couple of hours, she found me another flight for the very next day. I've worked with Cely in the past as my parents go to her for all their travel bookings. She has always been so helpful and able to find the best deals for me and my family. I gave Odette five star for customer services, she knows exactly what you want and offrr you the best deal, I have the best experience I had in a travel agent, she is knowledgeable, and go out of her way to help her clients getting the best deal in the market, the price is ever lower than you do it on line yourself, it is a small fee to pay for the peace of mind, I will definitely go back again n again if I were to travel again.
