I’ve been flying with them between Victoria and vancouver (both harpur and airport) since 2019 (I think over 15 times) and I’ve never had a bad experience. That should paint a clear picture. Staff are always nice, very friendly, and accommodating. Inside of the buildings are clean and for passengers there are free tea and coffee while waiting. There are stand by turbo and student discount which makes the flight more affordable. It decreases the amount of traveling time between Vancouver and Victoria significantly! (35 minutes downtown to downtown).
Flights are small. I even had the experience of sitting in the copilot sit once which was an amazing experience. ( there are information on their website if you want to try that) . Overall very pleasant experience !

Having paid over $400 for two visitors from another country to take the half hour float plane tour with Harbour Air in Victoria. The pilot did not communicate with the passengers or inform them what they were looking at. My visitors were very disappointed as they didn’t know exactly what they were looking at or the significance of any of the sights they could see. The literature didn’t mention that it wouldn’t be a guided tour so I’m bummed that they are left disappointed. When I complained to the staff, they said they were sorry but nothing they could do about it. Anyone else taking this tour beware that you also won’t know the significance of what you are looking at!! I’d give no stars if possible!

We did the 20 min harbor tour and it was so fun. Very organized and safe. Great views. Friendly pilot. We had a great time! Get there first and they might let you sit in the cockpit!

If you’ve got a phobia for water, DO NOT come here. This side of the wharf is on a whole new level of fun and excitement. So many options of if you wanna take a boat ride, ocean taxi or what do they call it, the seaplane flights are a whole different level of experience and excitement. Try it out anytime you’re in Victoria.

Always use Kenmore Air for my fights to and from Seattle and it’s been a great experience. This flight terminal is excellent. Downtown Victoria, great cafe next door for a quick bite before your fight.
