We stopped in town to see the world's largest axe and were looking for a takeout option to enjoy in the park across the street. We ended up ordering a special: a 12-inch three-topping pizza, a 9-inch garlic bread, and two 500ml pops for $35.
The restaurant seemed popular. The dine-in area and washroom were clean, and the staff who took our order was friendly. The pizza was decent—nothing extraordinary but it did the job. The garlic bread came with a mysterious sauce that had a pudding-like texture—we weren't quite sure what it was.
While waiting, we chatted with a few locals. The town has a relaxed, small-town feel, and seems to attract a lot of retirees. Overall, a convenient stop with decent food and a friendly atmosphere.

Pizza is good, fast and tasty. Pricing is average. Staff is always very kind.

Plenty of seating inside.

It appears that this establishment hires a lot of youth in the area, which does a lot to bring up the town. Gives the youth purpose and a source of income and let's customers see a familiar face at a local establishment.

Had the pizza, was really good! Tried breakfast while in town but they were out of sausages and had no brown toast. No home fries came with it, so not much food for the money! Also, unfortunately the AC was down when we were there so it was really hot in there. Will try again next summer when we come back.

I should've tried the pizza but I went for a donair. It was inedible. 3 thin slices of meat only and smothered in the worst pre packaged sickeningly sweet sauce. I sure hope the pizza is better but it was difficult to understand the menu and all the add ons and price options that I went for the most obvious choice written on yhe wall.
