Amanda and Greg listed and sold our condo for us and made the process incredibly easy. Amanda met with us right away to view the property and help us determine a reasonable listing price, then the process of getting photos taken and having virtual staging done was very quick and looked great. Five Stars to Amanda Gaetz, for all of her time involved and helping us find a retirement home in Nova Scotia.
Since we were from out of province, first contact was made over the phone and gave our wish list in detail. Amanda was able to tailor our requests with a weekly collaboration of listings on the market, when we found some homes, we fell in love with, she took the time to provide us virtual tours on selected homes in our criteria. We finally setup a weekend to fly down and view multiple homes for two days, across beautiful nova Scotia.
Even thou some homes we not what we expected , she continued the drive to find our forever retirement home. We could not of asked for a better realtor for the Nova Scotia area.
