We had an amazing time at Activate! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch. Jacob welcomed us with a warm smile, and his patience and positive energy really set the tone for our visit. We were a group of three adults and two teenage boys, and we all had an absolute blast! The games were fun, engaging, and a perfect mix of physical and mental challenges.

The boys didn’t want to leave — it was hands down the highlight of our trip! We’re visiting from Ottawa, and now we’re seriously hoping Activate opens a location back home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and active group experience. Thank you for such a memorable time!

An amazing time! Wear your workout gear you will get sweaty! Thanks to Maddy for being so great at explaining the process and Jacob for taking our bands at the end. There was one worker inside who was amazing and helped but I didn’t catch her name, dark medium length hair and a cheerful attitude!

First time there, had a great time with my family. Spent 75min, going from room to room, trying out all the different themes. Some games are more difficult to understand than others but thats to keep you entertained once you've been there for a while or before. Place was clean and staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thumbs up for Chelsea for keeping the place in tip top shape!

Activate is the fun thing you wanna do with friends and family on your off day or any day I suppose. It’s better to book slot ahead. Each slot is 75 minutes and with tax like 32 dollars. Discount is there for frequent visits like 2nd visit in a month 10 percent off and 3rd probably 15 and like that. Every time I visit from Nb to Halifax this is one of the place to go. Fun with kids as well.

Really fun time, even as an adult. Tons of games to play, and really good variety. I think the system is setup really well to promote fast transitions between games. Separate doors for exit and enter means no congestion. Games are short too, so you aren’t normally waiting long.

When it is busy, it can be a bummer not getting to replay games right away. Some of the “better” games usually do have a lot of activity, making it harder to get on them.

We always have a great time when we come to Activate! Jacob at the front desk was super helpful helping us change our coins over to the new system! 10/10 will be back and keep recommending this spot!

My family and I had a lot of fun doing this! We booked our reservation ahead of time. The staff were very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. The game rooms were really fun. Sometimes we struggled to know exactly what to do, but eventually, we figured it out (and one time a staff member did come in to help us get the lay of the land). One of the game rooms uses a fog machine, which I kind of wish they didn't do. Our daughter has asthma, and that stuff can be really irritating. I would recommend saying that up front so people are aware. I appreciated that there were lockers to stow your valuables, and the water fountain was great for grabbing a quick drink in between games. 75 minutes is plenty of time to cover all of the games, and go back to do some others that you really loved.
