Just very sad to see one of the most beautiful history house fading away .

I had a the pleasure of going through the entire house with a member of the town in regards to seeing what can be done to help the place. Although much is gone, there is some original charms.
This house was built in 1818 and is suffering terribly. Not sure why more money hasn't gone into fixing it at this point as it's getting too late.
There's an odd dark room in the rear of the house where our flashlight went out when passing. On our way back through the house, the flashlight went out in the exact same place again, so not sure what that is about! Was pretty creepy!
The potential of this house to be restored and furnished and turned into a museum would be a wonderful though, but I don't ever see that happening.

Belle Vue is an old colonial home on the shore of the Detroit River at Lake Erie. The house predates the war of 1812. Though it is in need of restoration the structure is solid and the architecture is amazing.
When admiring the property I watched a deer walking around the grounds. I felt sad for it because I assumed it was lost.

Unfortunately there is nothing to do at Belle Vue as it is boarded up, my recommendation is look at it and walk around it, the information is neet to know and is presented in the front of it by the road. Will recommended for pictures though, which is where the review currently stands as of July 14th, 2021.

One beautiful place.. This place is so beautiful but yes needs help from all of us and government to make it one anazing place .. This place has so so so much history. Everyone help to donate and government kick in to help.. Thank you
