Nice to have a train station so close to home. Never had an issue going to Windsor or Toronto. Station is always very clean, the signage is well visible, and the loud speaker is always clear to hear.

I will continue to happily use via rail.

Great place to park and catch the train east or west. Lots of free parking space. There are no people working at this station, so you need to book ahead and purchase tickets online. The ramp is not level so you need to walk up the stairs to board. Wheelchair access may need to be pre-booked to board the train but the station and parking lot are all wheelchair accessible.

Good just to drop off and pick up passengers. Not recommended to leave the car in the parking lot for long time. Clean washrooms even when there no personnel on site.

Good clean place Trains going to Windsor are usually 1 hr late arriving. Been that way my last 8 trips to Windsor. Fix your schedules VIA

Clean. Ample parking. Unfortunate that the ticket area is all automated, but that's the way its all going. Train has been up to 30 minutes late going from Chatham to Windsor way alot lately.
