I was recently travelling from Kelowna to Calgary, and unfortunately our car broke down in Golden. I had to be back in Calgary the next day and was unbelievably stressed. I called Rider Express as a last resort and the lady I spoke to was wonderful. I unfortunately didn't get her name but she helped me book last minute tickets over the phone. If by any chance she's reading this, you saved me that day thank you for being so helpful 💛

Unfortunate experience with Rider Express. Had a trip planned from Banff to Golden, which was planned months in advance, i also selected all my five pieces of baggage for the ski season organised for this booking. Later on I had to reorganise my schedule because of a flight and contacted the team asking if I could arrange for another slot on the same day due to my flight. I recieved no answer to my email for at least a week. I then contacted them again to follow up and they said sorry just travel another day, unfortunately I couldn’t because of my flight. I then had to refund that return trip portion of my ticket (this was still months before the date) I only received a partial refund which is fine as it is there policy. But every other service I’ve taken in the past allows for full refunds with 24hr notice. Coming up to the date for my departure ticket I contacted the team making sure they will pick me up at my hotel (departure - one way ticket) where I selected all my baggage for pick up. I am then told that they can’t pick me up from my place as “they don’t do pick ups” so basically they told me to just “take a cab” so it seemed a bit pointless and contradictory to selected and be told I can be picked up with my luggage and then expect me to walk 30 min in the snow / catch a cab. Like what am I paying all this money for. I contacted the team and recieved no understanding and responsibility on their part, as it is their part. No refund / partial refund for the un clearness. There’s better services out there
