This summer, with friends from Nova Scotia, we enjoyed the Golden Gondola and Grizzley Bear Refuge. However, I do have a couple of suggestions:

Firstly, would you please consider dedicating a certain amount of gondola units to the mountain bike riders, and dedicating other gondola units to customers who have paid to see the view up the mountain? I know this is not an easy solution for you, cost-wise, but please consider that your customers are paying a fair chunk of change to get a scenic view lift up the mountain. It is frustrating when the gondola windows are all scraped up from the mountain bikes so that the view is severely compromised.

Secondly, with regards to the Grizzley Bear Refuge, here is my experience. The first guide was a lovely woman who faced tourists when talking about the refuge and spoke clearly and at a volume that allowed tourists to easily hear the information she was sharing. When asked a question, she responded with pleasant enthusiasm. A young lady who took over from the first guide, and mentioned she was returning for the first time to the job after having had some sort of concussion, I believe, did not speak loud enough and kept her face turned away from her listeners so that it was difficult to understand what she was trying to say. When she was asked to please speak up, she acted irritated by the request, and by subsequent questions. We were fortunate to get a visit from Boo Bear that day, which was very special, but if it hadn't been for that happy event, I would have been tempted to simply walk away in the face of the second guide's attitude.

Breathe taking beauty awaits at the top. I would recommend paying the $5 extra to see Boo the grizzly bear, it is a chair lift ride and a informative talk on Boo & grizzlies. See Boo first then do Golden Eagle - arrive early as Boo is more active in the am

One of the best Gondolas in the Rockies with simply fantastic hiking right from the summit. You can get to three other peaks! The restaurant at the top of the gondola is also very good and reasonably priced.

Connor os so cooperative and awsome love to see them again as we have some really confusing decisions but will definitely come back to visit beer refuge✌🏼

Nice and quiet gondola. Between pole 12 and 14, you might be able to see the grizzly bear that is in the resorts captivity.
