J'ai utilisé plusieurs fois Parkbus pour me rendre dans divers parcs Canadiens et je dois dire que le service proposé est plus que satisfaisant !

Les responsables sont d'une grande gentillesse et sont très disponibles pour répondre à l'ensemble de questions que je me posais. Les bus sont à l'heure et les lieux de pick up et drop off sont stratégiquement bien positionnés, bref, sans Parkbus, se rendre au vert sans voiture serait beaucoup plus compliqué !

Je recommande chaudement !

Génial ! Vraiment, merci ! C'est super de pouvoir visiter un parc (Elk Island pour moi) sans utiliser de voiture (écologie ?) et en plus d'avoir un guide qui sensibilise à la cause animale et environnementale ! J'espère que vous allez continuer à offrir cette possibilité encore longtemps !

I have to say I have overall been very happy with Parkbus services. I just discovered them this summer (2024). I had the desire to go on small trips throughout the summer to help balance work life and summer enjoyment. I personally don’t drive and I was particularly interested in going to the Elora Quarry to swim this summer. Upon my research on possible routes, I discovered Parkbus services. This summer I went on at least 6 trips with the organization (a combination of self guided and active days trips). I have a couple of trips booked for the Fall which I’m excited to attend! Overall Parkbus ambassadors have been very friendly and knowledgeable about the destinations. It has also been easy to communicate with them Via email if you have any inquiries about destinations or rescheduling your trip to a different available date. Thank you Parkbus for an amazing summer !

This is a great service if you don't have a vehicle or just don't want to drive. I have just taken one trip so far. It was very affordable; the bus was clean and comfortable; and our host was very kind and knowledgeable. I'm so happy to have discovered this service. There will definitely be more Parkbus trips in my future!

I have always had excellent experiences with Parkbus. I have been to many of their destinations, and I have thoroughly enjoyed myself. The ambassadors have been knowledgeable and friendly. The drivers drive safely, and with the passengers’ comfort in mind. So far this year I have gone to Killbear Provincial Park.

This is the 1st time I used ParkBus but it won't be the last. I went with a friend to Elora Quarry for a morning at the beach and then to the town of Elora in the afternoon. The ambassador checked that we had prebooked before we could board the school bus. It left on time and arrived at our destination on time. It was well organized with sufficient time at the small but unique beach and in town. We were able to see the Elora Falls, Elora Gorge, walk around Victoria Park and the pretty town of Elora as well as get something to eat.

The ParkBus website provided all the relevant info to prepare for our day trip and know what to expect. The fee was reasonable and they have a discount for people over 60.

Overall good experience. If the guide has more knowledge about the destination,I will give more stars. I booked tubing for my Elora trip. but the guide had no idea about tubing in Elora.

Also, if they provide water on bus, that will be more helpful as well.
