Jason and his team were the biggest help booking my vacation with family flying in from different locations! I have never booked with an agent before, and I don't think I will ever book otherwise again! Within a few hours of my initial call I got an email with everything planned out; flights for family meeting the rest of the group within ten minutes of each other, transportation and an incredible resort all sorted for me. I came in feeling a bit lost on booking an all inclusive for my family to Mexico. It has been years since travelling. Desiree helped me strait away. Got my dates, wishes and budget and had me package ideas and prices emailed within a few hours. She quickly answered all my questions throughout the process. She is quick to answer emails. When phoning into the centre you are helped right away. She helps the booking/planning process go smoothly and is willing to help with all the little details with airline, hotel questions etc. I will feel comfortable reaching out to her at any point before or during our trip and I look forward to using Westshore Travel Center in the future.

I was stumped on what resort would be great for my family to stay at, as we had never stayed at an all inclusive resort in Mexico. I came in and met with Lori, and she has been AMAZING. I gave her all of our information, budget, wants/needs on type of resort and it only took her a few days to get back to me on some resorts she found that are great for families.
