11 other friends and myself booked the 4 day fishing trip with Darcy and Shirley and I cannot say enough about how great it was! The food was excellent, accommodations and transportation were great, and they went out of their way to ensure the trip was a success! We were lucky enough that the weather co-operated and were able to do the hike to the Grand Rapids, if your planning on booking this trip, the rapids are a must see! Darcy and Shirley were great hosts and will definitely be coming back someday soon!

I would like to thank Shirley & Darcy with Grand Rapids Wilderness Adventures on giving us an experience of a lifetime! The views were amazing and remote location made this a perfect getaway for myself and my family, truly unforgettable. Your hospitality and accomadations at the lodge truly exceeded our expectations and Darcy's experience and knowledge on a river boat made us feel safe even when he navigated us to the Grands. We had the pleasure of spending a weekend with our family at Grand Rapids Wilderness Adventures in August - the most beautiful and peaceful hideaway in the wilderness. The Grand Rapids and the extraordinary rock concretions are a must to see. We highly recommend Grand Rapids Wilderness Adventures to anyone wishing a unique adventure. Book early to assure a reservation.
Darcy and Shirley, our excellent and friendly hosts, provided us with a weekend adventure we will never forget. They pay attention to every detail to assure they provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. They take great pride in sharing their knowledge and history of the area. Accommodations are comfortable in the beautiful log cabins. Shirley takes great pride in preparing delicious home-cooked meal. The fish fry was excellent, as was all the other meals. Darcy is an excellent guide and took us fishing, and to the Grand Rapids.
Or trip to Grand Rapids Wilderness Adventures was everything we dreamed of to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We spent quality time together in such a beautiful and peaceful environment. We all enjoyed our time there fishing, playing games, visiting around the campfires, going to the Grand Rapids, looking at all the stars (something we don't get to see much of in the city), etc and of course enjoyed the delicious meals, and Shirley and Darcy's company.
Our family all enjoyed it so much they couldn't wait to tell their friends all about it.
We highly recommend Grand Rapids Wilderness Adventures.

Had a great time this weekend snowmobiling at GRWA.
Awesome facility, amazing hospitality and beautiful untouched snow to explore.
Darcy has tons of knowledge of the area and was happy to show us all he could in the time we had.
10 out of 10 for us for sure.
