J’ai fait affaire avec eux pour booker plusieurs des activités que nous avons fait pendant notre séjour : Banff gondola, open top touring, Columbia icefield skywalk et maligne lake cruise. J’avais cependant pris le temps d’acheter les billets bien à l’avance et donc moins cher que si achetés au guichet selon ce que j’ai cru comprendre.

Très grande flexibilité, c’est-à-dire que nous avons été en mesure de devancer ou repousser de quelques heures les activités prévues auprès de la compagnie.

We used the pursuit pass for the gondola, colombia ice fields, skywalk, skybridge, and boat cruise. After scrolling through some of the negative comments regarding staff, I've come to the conclusion that either these people have one off experiences or (more likely) they are simply grouchy and direct their anger towards the staff at pursuit. Every single time we had a guide somewhere (Andy and Abby at the ice fields, Liam and Vaunya "sp" from the lake Minnewanka boat cruise) they were some of the most positive, knowledgeable, friendly helpful people I've ever met. Even just the staff there (the aussie man at the skywalk, Bodin from the canyon swing, the guy up at the zipline, etc) were incredibly helpful and overall great people who only made the experience better. Apart from some crappy weather, the pursuit pass was amazing. My only complaint is that while you get access to the skybridge, its a separate fee for the rest of the attractions - which is kinda expected - however the canyon swing tandem deal is 203$ after tax and they expect you to pay an extra 30$ per person if you want to get the 3 minute video of the swing which is kinda ridiculous. Everything else was great and my family and I made tons of fantastic memories because of it.

Monopoly company owning the whole park and charging outrageous prices for tourism. Double down on the fact they are American company. Definately got their hand in some politics to own this much unchecked. Wouldn't even let me fish off their stupid dock. Definately soured my experience but it's okay because their biggest shareholder is blackrock and their newest shareholde is me.

Here is a Pic of me on the 2nd dock they couldn't kick me off because I couldn't even get in. Btw there are 0 other docks on lake minnewanka. We'll played pursuit... we'll played.

The online booking system was a complete mess—pages wouldn’t load, payment wouldn’t go through, and it kept glitching every time we tried to book. Tried calling multiple times for help, but no one answered the phone—just endless hold music and voicemail. For a company that handles such a high volume of tourism, you’d expect better customer service and functioning systems. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially when we’re trying to plan a once-in-a-lifetime trip. Do better.

The Icefields Center people were so rude..it wasnt just one day . Rude , unfriendly...would it kill them to say thank you...maybe a slight smile. They look like working there is the last place they want to be.I asked for an extra cup of water as I ordered my starbucks and that was a big deal. The shop people there were busy bad mouthing previous visitors. I live here...it was shocking. If they are so miserable maybe they are in the wrong job or it trickles down from management. Pursuit is all American Co and they act American...
I did take the Malign cruise a couple of years ago and it was worth the money although the interpreter could have been more knowledgeable.Im glad Ive seen better days in the Bow Valley such a special place or has been..the big dollar isnt everything.

Host and Hostess with the mostest!!!!! We went on the Colombian Icefield Trip with Brewster Mountain Tours via Pursuit and had John the driver and Taylor the hostess. This trip was truly incredible and made so special by both John and Taylor’s knowledge of the area and general Banff National Park knowledge from how glaciers form to tree growth and fires to bear 🐻 knowledge too. It is a long day out from 7.30am to 7pm but not once did they lose energy to ensure you were enjoying your day out. Really commendable!!!!

The Icefield itself was just incredible and we learned so much too. Am hoping the glacial facial indeed took 10 years off my face!!!! Buffet lunch was outstanding too and the big ice trucks are a memory we’ll never forget too but the fun in the bus just topped the whole day off (as well as seeing the bear of course!!!) Thanks for a fabulous day John and Taylor!!!!

Fab tour... well organised...Login was a great entertaining guide on the athabasca glacier tour bus.... really enjoyed the glacier experience...
