The staff here are excellent in helping with whatever you are aiming to accomplish be it with equipment or courses. Their instructors are attentive and are ready to help you learn new skills and make sure you are comfortable while doing so.

The instructors were phenomenal! Kind, compassionate, & clear communicators. The gear was in good shape and we had no issues there.
The time and location I found difficult in the beginning of my instruction.
Very noisy, uncomfortable. I found it hard to pay attention. However closer to the end, the pool cleared out and it was SO much better. My recommendation would to have a later start time if possible. If you’re considering this company and they courses they offer, do it!

The staff are great! very knowledgeable and willing to share their experience. As for the PADI course (I can only speak of the OW course so far) I personally got trained at another school, but watched my girlfriend get trained with Diver's City. I didn't realize how much I didn't learn in my course, nor how much training I didn't get until I saw how much she learned. The instructors at Diver's City are awesome. Norm, Rick, Mercedes and many others give you the knowledge you need to begin your scuba experience. Diving at West Hawk Lake makes you a better diver coming out of your Open Water course. Watching the effort the instructors put in to make sure you know all your basic skills and that PADI's criteria are met to be a certified diver, gives you the skills needed to go out on your own. If you are looking for good training, with instructors that actually care that you know what you are doing, I very HIGHLY recommend you go through Diver's City. I can't wait for us to take our AOW next year together, through Diver's City. Thank you for everything. Even though I wasn't your student, I learned so much as she went through the course.

If you are in Manitoba and you want to learn to dive....Diver City is the place to go. The staff are simply incredible. I was a very nervous diver and they worked with me to overcome my fears. The staff are so professional and knowledgeable. Their passion for diving is contagious. I felt very secure and safe with the way they taught the course.
This weekend I successfully completed the Open Water course at West Hawk and I am now planning my first travel diving trip.
I can't say enough about Jacqui and her team. Thank you so much!

It's like shopping for equipment with good friends who are more passionate about the sport than anyone I have ever met. The knowledge base, the experience and the service are all fantastic....Did my advanced and Rescue diver courses with them and now working on my master diver. I get all my gear and service work there. Highly recommend them!

An amazing and friendly team! Absolute professionals and super helpful. Even though I just met the team briefly I already feel like we are close friends :). Dave and Alex were patient and super supportive in our closed water dive sessions and were on point with everything. I was blown away with the amount of work they put into their training sessions....highly recommend checking them out 🙂

My family and I were in need of some snorkel and dive gear; masks, fins and snorkels. The staff/owners were fantastic to deal with. A huge shout out to Rick for his patience as it took us a while to sort everything out. He was very knowledgable and helped us with all our decisions. Here is an updated review. I went for my third discover scuba class on Wednesday. With lots of patience from my instructor I was finally able to breath underwater and swim with my son. I was greatly impressed with the support I got from all the staff as well as the owners when I was struggling with trying to breath properly underwater. They all shared stories and gave me different techniques to try. With the one on one help from one of their dive masters I was able to conquer the challenge. Thank you so much everyone. Looking forward to taking the open water course in the new year. High recommended by myself and my son.
