DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY PERIOD. I RECEIVED A BEAT UP RENTAL THAT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. THEY PROCEEDED TO BLAME ME FOR SOMETHING COMPLETED UNRELATED TO MY USAGE. NOW THEY HAVE A $2000 DEPOSIT AND A $1300 RENTAL THAT DID NOT WORK. I WILL BE CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. THE STAFF IN CHARGE (EMMANUEL) WAS TERRIBLE AT TRYING TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION. KYLE THE MECHANIC WAS EQUALY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO TOE THE UNIT MYSELF TO A PICK UP POINT. ENJOY YOU WEEKEND BEST BY AVOIDING THIS COMPANY.

Rented a total of three times from this business. The first rental boat had issues with the gas gauge not working and the boat would not plane properly. I was compensated for my troubles.

The next rental boat had issues with the trolling motor batteries. Had to literally jump through hoops to get the management staff to help replace battery.

Two weeks later I rented another boat. It also had major issues with batteries and the charging system. The workers at the dock and the technician that came to replace batteries were great. I was somewhat compensated for my troubles. The owner Colton Chia was not helpful to his staff. They had to get permission to buy new batteries. The batteries they had used were not maintained through the winter. I tried to talk with Colton. He would not talk to me.

Tried to rent again this summer and was blacklisted. I cannot rent a boat. I contacted Colton via email asking why my rental was canceled. I received no reply.

Unfortunately they are the only show in town to rent fishing boats.

Customer satisfaction is not their strong suit.

Colton if you or your staff reads this review you might want to consider a change in the way you do business.

This was an awesome experience for our first time pontoon tour. Our guide Sam was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area! Loved the tour immensely and would go back again. My family loved it as well and said same thing about Sam. 👍🏼😄
