This was such a beautiful place. Rooms were spotlessly clean as was the hotel itself. The employees were exceptional. This was honestly the best hotel suite we have ever stayed in. Breakfast was delicious with an assortment of items to choose from. We loved our stay here and would 100 percent recommend it. The pool was lovely. The restaurant had delicious meals and reasonable pricing. We had an amazing friendly server. Front desk staff were amazing and explained everything to us.

We’re currently staying here and loving it! The rooms are huge, super clean, and have tons of useful amenities—a full fridge, microwave, and even a dishwasher. The staff have been so kind and helpful, and we’ve really enjoyed the extra touches like being able to borrow badminton and cornhole. The price for the room is very reasonable, and we’re just about to head down for breakfast. So far, everything has been fantastic!

Decided to book the whole weekend to experience Kitchener Caribana. The whole Kitchener experience was perfect. Caribana was so fun. The hotel had excellent staff. Very friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great location right off the highway. Loved the outdoor patio area located in the back of the building. Families were relaxing and playing games that were offered by the hotel. The free morning breakfast was a bonus. Will definitely book next year!

I recently completed my stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the service, especially from the reception staff Royce and Kinzie; who were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The entire team, from the breakfast crew to housekeeping, was friendly and attentive, genuinely caring about the guests' comfort. The room was spotless, and since the hotel is new, everything was in excellent condition. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The stay was great. Lots of lights in the room. I find a lot of hotel rooms are dark. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast that had make your own breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt and fruit. I like that that had a water refill station. Restaurant in the hotel attached so you can stay inside if you want to visit it. It was good as well. Nice front desk staff.

We stayed for 2 nights last week-end. Our room was large, very clean and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and the AC was silent but powerful!

The entrance is on the back of the building which was confusing at first. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We appreciated the water bottle filling station found pretty much everywhere on the building.

The breakfast service was a little disappointing. Due to a large quantity of guests, the buffet breakfast became very messy quickly (waffle dough, jam everywhere) and it was not cleaned during our stay. We ran out of cups for drinks (coffee, juice). The buffet is not very well optimized (the waffle maker which takes some time to cook is at the start of the line and not at the end, which creates a traffic jam from the start, poorly thought out). The very little space to walk in the buffet section made it seem cramped and a free for all to get food (maybe that was due to the presence of a sports team residing at the hotel at the same time?).

The breakfast setup currently would work well for small amount of guests but feels innapropriatly set up for large quantities of people eating at the same time. As the breakfast room is very large, a simple rearranging of the stations would work wonders.

That being said, the food was really good.

Breakfast buffet would benefit from a dedicated staff member keeping it clean especially when a lot of children are making it a mess that made it unappealing both mornings.

Hotel is located by the side of a highway, not a lot to do around without a car, but the cinema was walkable distance (we knew this ahead of time so not an issue).

We didn't try the pool. The gym is available for free and has the minimal equipment to do a work out while traveling. A nice touch.

The price we paid was very fair, and I would absolutely return to this hotel.

Overall, it was a place to stay warm and rest. There was nothing extra special about it. When we arrived it was quiet. As the day got later, other guest arrived and it was louder. The walls are thin. For dinner we needed plates. They were put away with food on them. The same goes for forks and knives! The glasses had lip prints on them also. After watching some TV around 10:30pm, we had enough of the kids running in hallways and in the bedroom next door so we decided to make a call to the front desk to make Andrew aware. The family eventually settled the kids around 12am. After a couple of hours of running around and jumping on a bed would do that!! We used all our points on this hotel and it was certainly not worth it!
