Terrible hotel.... though it's cheap, but still, what is the smell oozing out from the rooms. I could barely sleep comfortably on the bed. It was so irritating and disgusting. My kids couldn't even sleep. They all had to go out to get fresh air. I planned to stay the whole day there but could barely stay for 4 hours. The longest smelly 4 hours I ever spent.
The hotel management can do better. At least a scent to boost the air quality, get set of new furniture, paint the rooms, get professional cleaners to clean and get new set of blankets and bedding. Hopefully this gets better. ( this is 2 months after my experience, I could still smell the terrible odor of the room I stayed)

It’s not so clean but looks like my own room.The only thing that I am scared of is the bed.I wish you guys can actually wash them much more better, (worried about the bedbugs and smell)the gaps in the room have some dust, wash room is clean but feel not safe on the towel.Somebody burned the curtain in the bathroom,but I can see the owner try to do his best. This is already a good room for this price

Horrible experience our heater wasn't working it wouldn't get any hotter if we had it on max heat the staff was rude and full of themselves i complained to booking.com they got me a 25 dollar return from 100 dollars this place is an accident waiting to happen with exposed wires in the bathroom and base board heaters missing kick plates and rooms with black mold. This place needs to be shut down! Don't stay here with kids it's not worth loosing one of them SERIOUSLY. I reported to the kitchener Fire department to investigate. I hope they shut them down. They falsely advertise heat when they don't have heat. Bad service will never go there again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS NOT WORTH IT.

They told me that they would reserve a room and they didn’t and told me that they are sold out because I didn’t pay prior. They force you to pay before you arrive. Bunch of scammer do not book they did this last minute to me now I am stuck

I stay here periodically when working. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. The owners are constantly attentive and prompt with all your needs. Definitely will be a constant customer when in town.

Very personable. The owner and staff catered to me when I needed something. I was in a slightly smaller room when I checked in and when they found out I was going to stay long term they moved me to a much larger excellent room with no rate change. I was there for 2 months. THANK YOU!!!

Super kind staff and easy/ fast check in. Travelling from the Yukon for a funeral and the beds were super comfy and had a nice TV. We like these types of motels where you can park right outside your door. It's not a fancy motel but it was very quiet! Tim Hortons is right next door.

Got a room because we went to Oktoberfest and we didn’t want to drive.
I put down $100 deposit and it cost 115 for the room. To find out that the person that was in my room walked out the door naked they are saying. I don’t get my deposit back because of it. The lady seen me at 3 am and didn’t say anything when the Uber driver dropped off the food.
One person yelled out the door and said be quit and we were after that.
Should have known that they were going to keep my deposit because they probably don’t get enough money for the people that live there. Need to make it up some how.
Should have just sleep in my car in the parking lot at Tim Hortons like we were going to do.

When I dropped off the key they never said anything to be about any of this. Guess you learn not to stay at a motel that will keep your money for anything.
