We had an amazing time here, the weather was awesome! And the place was CLEAN! The only issue we had was we would have to of loved to enjoy the beach that was at the cottage but unfortunately the access was incredibly steep and one in our party couldn't access it.. And we didn't feel comfortable giving a medical reason why, some things are personal. So to the main beach every day we went which was nice, but be careful as there is an undertow (SP?) My daughter and I did go down and play a bit at the water down the access but not the same without your crew! Sunsets are amazing! And the best hot showers around!

Beautful, cozy and clean cottage. Lovely, warm hospitality from owners. Cottage is fully stocked and we missed nothing! The sunset is absolutely sensational. Just a beautiful experience overall, thank you!
I will definitely return. Would love it if a hammock could be provided in the summer!

Three weeks in paradise. Your cottage is the best we have stayed in during our 25 years of cottage rental. It was like a home away from home, only with the sound of the surf all day and all night and the beauty of the changing waters all around us.

We also had some exciting adventures!

We had a great visit, the view of lake huron was amazing and the place was clean, we were not supplied with hand towels for the kitchen and only 2 hand towels for the bathroom so i used the facecloths to dry my hands when needed, the washing machine was not working and the manager gave us an excuse as to why it wasn't getting fixed so we had to wear our clothes for multiple days i had not brought enough with us as i thought we had the use of a washing machine, i have stayed at other comparable cottages and have been supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, washing up liquid etc for the whole week but not here, i paid $100.00 for cleaning as i brought my 2 cockerpoos who don't shed with us and then read in the manual supplied that i would be charged $80.00 if i did not leave the cottage as i had found it and i was expected to sweep before i left. i went to the recommended port arthur store and pub in port albert and was given poor customer service and was charged $12.99 for a bag of wood and told there were firestarters in the bag, what we got was a very expensive bag of fast burning wood with an egg carton and some kindling and the next day my son went into the same store and was rudely told to sanitize his hands so we never visited the place again during our visit, i felt ripped off with the cost of the firewood, we have done a lot of fifth wheeling over the yrs and NEVER been charged so much for firewood and it has burned a LOT longer. In short if you want to overpay for a cottage this is the place
