The Nike Outlet in Cambridge has been my go-to spot for buying shoes, as the prices are significantly lower compared to online stores.

While they also carry hoodies, t-shirts, and other apparel for both men and women, the clothing items tend to be slightly overpriced. However, the designs are excellent. The shoe collection is brilliant, with a great selection of Jordans and other popular styles at competitive prices.

The customer service is welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant shopping experience. The store is usually busy, especially on weekends, and parking can be a challenge as the lot fills up quickly.

Highly recommended for Nike lovers looking for great deals!

Has decent amount of selection, but the prices are honestly pretty great; with consideration that they are reduced from the stock prices (specifically referring to the shoes). Workers are kind and always willing to help. Very very busy and crowded around the afternoon/dinner time (4-6 pm).

-bought 150 dollars worth of items.
-paid in cash, gave 155 dollars for my purchase of 151.80.

-cashier said it wasn't enough, so I gave another 5, not doubting her.
-she closed the till right away and didn't even think to give my change back.
-i had to ask her where's my change, and then she realized she messed up and had to ask her manager to help her out.
-she told the manager about the situation and said i pnly gave her 155, but i rebutted that claim and said i gave 160 and told her to check the camera above us.
-manager came through and gave me the proper change but there was no apology from the manger or "Sad", the cashier.
-it was a waste of time and energy to make a simple purchase.
-be cautious when paying cash at the nike outlet factory

Very bad experience, the girl standing there for billing was rude. Don’t know why!!! Just because we are Indian? Not purchasing anything from her pocket!!! Didn’t even give us a bag!!! Show some kindness!!! She was brown with blonde kinda coloured hair.

Took my grandson here and found two pair of shoes at amazing prices! We got there very close to closing time, but we didn't feel rushed, and there were plenty of staff who were more than willing to help us. There were a lot of options, and plenty of sales. I didn't expect to be leaving there with two pair of shoes for less than $200, but that's exactly what happened. We will be back!
