Every store needs a Tommy!
Last week I ordered a pair of kids heelys on amazon for my son’s 7th birthday and they sent me a (MASSIVE) size 13 mens shoe

After looking everywhere, I thought we’d have nothing for him to open on his special day. Last minute I decided to give Journeys a call and Tommy answered right away. He was an absolute delight to speak to and really made it seem like he loved his job. So hard to find these days! Tommy immediately empathized with my situation and pulled all 3 styles of boys size 13 heelys off the shelf, so that there would still be some available when I arrived.
When I showed up at the store, he greeted me by name the second I walked in and grabbed the shoes for me without me having to say a thing.
Tommy waited patiently, with a big smile the whole time I chose which shoe I wanted and offered the best advice to help with my decision when I couldn’t pick. We agreed on the Minecraft ones and my son LOVES them.

Shoutout to Tommy, my son’s superhero this birthday!

Paris is very polite and welcoming. I had such a great experience shopping for shoes thanks to Paris! She was super helpful, patient, and really knew her stuff. Paris took the time to understand what I was looking for and recommended options that were not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. I left with the perfect pair and a smile on my face. Highly recommend asking for Paris if you’re shopping here!

Absolutely ridiculous service. They wont even give you a smile. The staff treats you with so much racism its is unbearable. If you are not white do not go there. I would definitely go to footlocker or maybe try online we won’t have to see the sad faces for brown skin.

The staff was amazing! I had came from the waterloo store due to 2 mix ups involving a pair of Uggs, and wasn't thrilled about it, but the staff were so friendly and helpful and finally gave us the correct shoes. Thankful for their exceptional customer service.

We had an amazing experience shopping at this Journey. It was hard finding the right shoes for my daughter, and we walked all over the mall looking for the right pair. But Tommy's service here was exceptional. He was very patient and helped us find the right shoes.
I recommend this place for sure!
