STSWR in the past has been great. However this year (september 2024) has made some incredibly terrible changes. Every day this year the bus routes have been awfully laid out. What was once smooth and efficient has been turned into chaos and confusion. Sending drivers incorrect route information and overloading schedules have made everyone from teachers and students and drivers lives to be far more difficult and stressful than what was needed to be. This can also cause more unsafe travel and risk lives all because newly hired self entitled kids with no experience that think they know more than those who have been doing this for decades have been given the reigns with no guidance. I get there are other factors at play as well with new drivers (not at the fault of stswr) but, these new hires like to pass the blame onto drivers and coordinators for their mistakes which is unacceptable.
To these new hires I say "don't try to fix what isn't broken, and give consideration to whom your choices may affect." Lets get young egos in check and work together to get this corrected.

Customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than pleasant. Every time I have had to inquire about a bus route, I am always told that we didn't come to the stop on time. Despite the situation, some kindness would have been appreciated.

This bus company has not enough drivers and to many students taking the bus. This is the school boards fault because they overload the buses . My child can easily walk to Stanley Park public school but the school board is forcing my son to be bused to Sunnyside public school.

They can not send a bus out, not notify you, when you call them, they tell you they'll call you back to update the situation and not call you back. It wasn't until 2 days after I called them, and told them it's not fair for the kids to not know what the heck is happening. Only can you work for transportation and be like the weather man!

Called several times and evey time it tells me to press zero for front desk it hangs up on me. I have been waiting over a month for my son to be back on the bus, it is making it very difficult for me to get to and from work while still being able to drop him off and pick him up on time. Very frusterated.

Been trying to sort out my sons route for 3 weeks before today but no one returns calls. Honestly shouldn't be surprised its only our children's saftey at risk, not theirs.

I understand that there is a driver shortage but I have had many problems with bus inconsistency this year and last. There was also 2 times last year that my son was stranded at school with no communication from the service.
