DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They deserve a negative 10 rating for sure. We had my brother transfered from Juravinski hospital in Hamilton and what a nightmare it was. The drive was so rough, it felt like the driver hit every bump possible.
My family and I have been absolutely traumatized after having using this company. My brother was very ill and we wanted him home so he wouldn't pass away in a hospital. These people we're so rough with my brother. I repeatedly told them to slide him over on the stretcher as he was leaning over too far and I was afraid he would fall off the stretcher. They ignored me and when they wheeled him down the hallway of our home they banged his head, arm and jammed his foot in the doorway. We yelled at them to be careful but they just kept doing what they we're doing. They seemed to be in such a rush, with no care and compassion. After realizing the stretcher wouldn't fit into his room they attempted to transfer him to a wheelchair.
What a disaster that was. They almost dropped him on the floor several times. My mother who is 84 years old was trying to help as was I, and I have a very bad back. These people have no training whatsoever. I had a retired nurse here and she had to walk away from watching, she claimed this was the worst she's ever seen. Total lack of any skills. They also failed to talk english. So we had no idea what they we're trying to do. Communication was horrible.
I cried so hard after they left. Once we got him all tucked into bed we noticed that he was cut on his arm from them. Please, if you care for your loved ones, you will never ever use this company.

12:35am and a crew of 3 vehicles was sent to a lowrise 3 story apartment. Let me preface with, I Absolutly understand that they were seeing a patient. However 6 professional adults were acting like 6 teenagers...talking so loud it woke me up from a dead sleep. Not just talking, laughing complaining about their 9 year old patient call. I asked them to be quiet and respect the people who live here as we have windows facing the parking lot. The one lady mouthed off and the other 5 decided to get in their rigs. She got in too. Then they all decided to take 3 min to reverse with their back up beepers on. (as retribution I would guess for me telling them to be quiet) even though there is a turn around spot for them to use. The ambulances that frequent here use them and not once has any first responder behaved like this. I'm saddened to know that this company has at least 6 irresponsible and inconsiderate employees.

Now the most important part of my review is YOU ARE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS you ARE NOT supposed to laugh and joke about your patients!! Have some respect for the patient and your job. Classless.

I had the pleasure of riding on one of their executive buses. It was an enjoyable day. The driver was friendly, professional and handled any and all requests happily and quickly. The leather bound captain's chairs made the trip relaxing and comfortable. The extra large windows made viewing the sites and scenery enjoyable. And I connected to their Wi-Fi so I did not have to use the data on my phone. I can't say enough about how good this service was.
