Just returned from our wedding/vacation with 25 family and friends in Jamaica. Planning our destination wedding was stress-free, all thanks to Jessica! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was covered. We were very happy with her communication throughout the process. Her expertise in coordinating travel arrangements for our guests, and managing all the logistics allowed us to truly enjoy every moment of our special day. We couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. She even helped us through challenging times with the resort and stood up for us when needed. It has almost been 4 weeks since my husband and I got married on the beautiful beach in Mexico. We worked with Anne and she was amazing. She asked our budget and what we were looking for in a resort and sent us suggestions that fit all the criteria within our budget. When we picked a resort we were interested in she quickly got ahold of the wedding department to make sure our date/time was available. Then she locked in our rate and sent out our e-invites so guests booked directly with her in our room block. Our guests loved her and said how easy and sweet she was to deal with. My mom who is not a traveller and not very tech savvy told me everytime she called or emailed Anne with a question she got a response right away and Anne always made her feel like her questions were a top priority even though mom said most of her questions were probably dumb and common knowledge for most. When my wedding coordinator wasn't answering important emails and questions Anne stepped in and got her to respond and do a video call with us and Anne to make sure everything was figured out right away. I just found out today that Anne is not just a destination wedding agent and books regular travel as well and we 100% will be using her in the future. Thank you Anne for helping with everything you made our week amazing.
