On March 30th, a bus driver asked me agressively why I was taking picture when he was just infront of the apartment building where I live in Montreal. I answered straightfroward that I was doing it for fun and he wasn't satisfied at all and he kept asking me the same question and then I decided to get inside in order to get home because I didn't want to argue with him. Let me tell you, I don't like that kind on behavior at all.

The trainer at the time wasn't so nice.

Covenant of Promise Ministries Inc. hired Parkinson for a trip to Tennessee for our biennial "Teen Talent" competition. From the front office (Liz) was on the ball and very professional and very timely. I didn't have to wait a day to get a call back. Thanks Liz. Our trip was eight days in length and in total we had three drivers. From the get go our first driver (Sarpreet) was the epitome of excellence and exceptional customer service. We changed driver in Toledo, Michigan and Roxanne took us the rest of the way to Tennessee and was with us for the rest of the week, Saturday night to our return trip Saturday of the next week. She was accommodating, patient, kind and understanding and totally awesome. Our third driver was (Yolanthe) and although we did not spend much time with her, the professionalism and courtesy was present all the way. I must say Parkinson you have the best drivers ever and we are very appreciative of your service.

I will recommend Parkinson to anyone who is looking for a Coach service. Your service speaks volumes, and we will definitely use your services again.

I went on the New York City Short Trip tour on December 15 to 18. Our driver Maria was absolutely wonderful. She is a very caring, professional and excellent driver and because of her, the trip was that much more enjoyable. The trip home through New York State was quite bad as there were snow squalls and fog and very bad road conditions for a good part of the way. Also, we received multiple emergency alerts regarding the weather.
While in New York City, we were being driven through Times Square, where there was a protest and we were held up there for over an hour. Maria stayed cool calm and collected and got us back to our hotel in good time when the crowds cleared that were blocking the road. Later when we arrived at our hotel in New Jersey, the entrance street to our hotel was blocked by police and we had to take a large detour around to access the hotel. It turned out that there was a water main break.
During the four days, there were many incidents of heavy traffic, delays and bad weather conditions. On December 18 we left for home via the Woodbury Commons at 8:00 am and did not get dropped off at York Mills and Yonge until midnight. When I was leaving, Maria was so pleasant and warm, and I can honestly say I don't think I could have been like that after the drive she endured.
Please again pass on my thanks and best wishes to Maria for an exemplary job and for making my trip such a pleasant and positive experience.

Guys all I can do is try to convince you to NEVER! EVER! use this company. A year ago I booked this company to pick up my family and friends from Orangeville to Brampton and then head to the airport, as we were doing a destination wedding. Just after picking up our last guest and heading south on hwy 10 the bus breaks down and has us stranded. This bus company had us wait over and hour with a promise of taxi's that would come prepaid. After finding out that the person on the phone that worked for this company didn't have the authority to make such a promise, we had to call our own taxi's, then pay for said taxi's out of pocket and wait for vans as we all had our luggage with us. Made it to the airport as they were loading the plane. All I can say for this to have happened this company must skip out on regular scheduled maintenance in order to stuff more money into their pockets What a disgusting encounter and hope that after reading this you make the wise decision to skip past even considering them to take you anywhere
