I just spent almost 4 thousand on wood. The final time i went to get some wood the morning of the 28th the employee loading up smashed the back window of my truck. I know it was a mistake but my window is now smashed. This store would not take accountability for what the employee did. Even the head shipper said they would. But the owner says its my fault. Just a shame to end a customers dedication to local shopping. Oh well see you in court. Dan Morin Now they say there is notes on my bill. Totally their fault careless loading. Maybe they should take accountability for their carelessness. now i wouldnt deal with these careless people again. They are total weasles.They dont deal with people properly. Be Careful. Very bad customer service

I came in for some wooden steaks and John at the back was absolutely amazing and helping me find what I needed. Jeff at the front also helped make this experience a good one. I will always come back to this location and always refer..

Delivery drivers take note, apparently you are only allowed to park in one specific area in the back, but there’s zero signage indicating the procedure. So dare you pull in and stop at the big “receiving” sign, you’ll get told to move to some vague area, only to get scolded again for parking in the wrong area when it’s still not exactly clear where you’re wanted. All this for 1 skid that was sitting on the back of the trailer and would have been offloaded in 60 seconds at most other yards I deliver to.

If you have special rules, fine, just don’t expect people to read someone’s mind to know about them and then be upset when they’re not followed - post signs, and treat the guys bringing you the stuff on your shelves with some respect. We aren’t “customers”, we’re your supply chain.

Received good service up to the return of unused items from my renovation. You have to take your return to the yard. Then you receive a list of your items. Then you have to go into the store and must have all receipts. Could not match two items. Escalated to the manager and was asked to come back as they didn't want me to wait. I said no, I was not leaving the store with no receipts and no refund. Fifteen minutes later I received no refund for the
items the Manager could not locate. Was told they were going to look later and get back to me. What company keeps your items and gives you no refund for the items they cannot locate? What about scanning the barcode? The return took 55minutes. I won't be coming back here. Update I went to Home Depot same day for returns. Completed in five minutes. Plus Home Depot confirmed 2 items were not there's, which meant it was Timber Marts merchandise. Swallowing the cost of the 2 items.
