This month (October) I had the pleasure of hiring Century Transportation to and from Toronto Airport. I found the whole process was very easy - from the beginning the staff were courteous and cognizant of my concerns especially on the return. My flight was delayed by 2 hrs and still the driver was waiting for me with a smile, at no time did he seem annoyed by the delay. Both ways the drivers were pleasant and courteous and got me to my destinations in a timely manner. I would certainly use this company again and would highly recommend them.

We used Century Transportation for our wedding as it’s the main shuttle company in Port Hope, where we got married. Thankfully the day-of shuttle services worked out how we had hoped, but the process of getting the details proper with the contact we had was quite frustrating. Prices were reasonable, which is one of the only upsides considering everything else with our experience. Originally, they didn’t have our wedding day correct, after multiple emails and requesting the service in advance for our wedding. They quickly adjusted the date to the correct one for our wedding after I corrected them, but time after time, we had to correct them on details, we had issues making the payment and they didn’t have the email correct to send the invoice and receipt to, even after multiple email exchanges prior. I had to call many times to ensure the final details were correct, and to ask to have my email changed, as well as to have the receipt of payment sent to me because the email was still incorrect on the waybill invoice. We never received the receipt of payment, but I took a video of us making the payment online just to have proof just in case. It felt a bit as though there wasn’t much attention to detail in the process, but thankfully the shuttle picked up our guests on time prior to the ceremony, and for the drop-off times later in the evening, which is what mattered the most to us. Prior to the wedding we honestly didn’t know how it would go, so just sort of crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. If there was another shuttle option for our wedding, we probably would’ve went a different way, but since this was our main option, we had to make it work since our guests needed transportation to and from the venue and Port Hope does not have UBER / the one town cab is apparently unreliable… The whole process was way more of a hassle than I expected to book shuttle services, so I’m not sure I would opt to use them again.

Booked for a wedding shuttle. Can confirm, they have very friendly and helpful office staff, and their rates are reasonable. The busses are not bad either. However even after being double-confirmed of what we wanted, the driver of the bus attempted to leave 15+ minutes early, BOTH WAYS. We were very lucky that in both cases people flagged them down and told them to wait. Internal communication at the company must be terrible, and they don't like to admit mistakes. So if you do order their services, don't trust the driver: get them to come early and get someone to baby-sit them - and show them the office email with the actual instructions.

I used century transportation for my wedding shuttle this past August and they were great to deal with. The employee who helped me book the bus was very kind and helpful and again when I had to call to change times/location of pick up spot. They were very helpful and made it super easy and no stress. The bus driver was great and very understanding!

The service to Pearson airport was pleasant and on time. The return trip was terrible as the driver was a no show despite my return flight was on time. I have been sitting at the airport since shortly after 1 pm and it is now 5:04 pm and still waiting for the driver to show up to take me back to Peterborough, Ontario. I have not received any apologies and have yet received a discount for their lateness! I will provide update.
It is now 5:28 pm! Still no show! The man at the counter provided no updates or apologies.

We had a call the day before to confirm our taxi to the Airport all was confirmed and great. The next day the taxi just didn’t show up. Thankfully we had friends that quickly arranged to take us in otherwise it would of been an expensive mistake. Still yet to receive an apology for the stress or a refund. Terrible service..

Called to book service to Toronto Airport. They could not take my son ....had to drive him myself. Don't have service they way they did before Covid. Expect you to book with more notice....hard to do when it is for a funeral. Women on the phone was very pleasant.

Do not use this service.

I scheduled to be picked up from Toronto Pearson Airport at 1:00 AM. The driver did not show up on time and when I called to clarify when I would be picked up Century notified me that the driver was only just leaving Peterborough at 1:30 AM and would not arrive until 3:00 AM.
My scheduled 1:00 AM pick up time turned into 3:30 AM. Century should notify customers ahead of time when they are aware the driver will be over 2 hours late.

Horrible customer service and not a reliable company.
