I had bad experiences with (Ali taee ) don't suggest to book your trips with them!! stay away you be in trouble. because they don't know how to do their job!you will lose your money and time try another travel agent the worst will be better than this agency.

I have both good and bad experiences . The bad one was when I asked for umrah visa and he made a misspelling mistake in my name and rather then apologizing he said it is fine as long as the passport number is correct which is not true. It is hit and miss especially if you hold a weak passport. I learned a lesson from him that should wait and research before making decisions. I would highly recommend using the Saudi website to get a visa and will be more than half the price. 150 not 330 that he charged me
لقد مررت بتجربة جيدة وأخرى سيئة. كانت التجربة السيئة عندما طلبت تأشيرة العمرة وارتكب خطأ إملائيًا في اسمي وبدلاً من الاعتذار قال إنه لا بأس طالما أن رقم جواز السفر صحيح وهو أمر غير صحيح. إنه أمر غير دقيق خاصة إذا كنت تحمل جواز سفر ضعيفًا. لقد تعلمت منه درسًا مفاده أنه يجب الانتظار والبحث قبل اتخاذ القرار. أوصي بشدة باستخدام الموقع الإلكتروني السعودي للحصول على التأشيرة وسيكون السعر أكثر من نصف السعر. 150 وليس 330 الذي فرضه علي

Hello everyone please beware of this company they have ruined me I booked my trip 3 months ago and 2 days ago he told me that the trip was cancelled and I had taken leave from my work and my plans with the reservations in the country I am going to were ruined
