We used Streetsville Travel Service to book a multi-stop trip to Europe. Maria was very knowledgeable about the locations and made some great recommendations. She was also very patient as we waffled about choices. She took care of all the bookings and loaded all the tickets and vouchers into one easy-to-use app. I can't recommend STS highly enough! We will definitely use them again.

Maria went above and beyond and we were not even her clients!!! My husband and I had booked flights online to the US. Over a 3-day period our flights from Pearson had been delayed, canceled and rebooked. Confirmation, reservation and ticket numbers we had been given by the United Airlines agent were incorrect. We came home from the airport not knowing if we were booked on a flight and for what flights we may be charged. We went into Streetsville Travel to see if someone might be able to help us. Maria dropped everything and listened to our story. She immediately got through to a United Airlines agent, relayed our travel delays and the inconsistencies in information we had been given. Maria requested and received confirmation from United Airlines that we would receive a 100% refund on non-refundable tickets. She sent us emails containing backup documents required to submit a claim to United for additional expenses incurred. Maria spent an hour with us and treated us with as much respect as she would have had we been her clients. Given the current challenges with air travel, instead of booking online, we will definitely be using Maria's service at Streetsville Travel. Thank you Maria!

I have booked through Streetsville Travel for years. Connie and Maria do a fabulous job. Sometimes we have had to change flights due to covid and Connie always gets us back on track. My brother & son, nephew and wife also broke with Streetsville Travel. Takes the stress off me to book when I have too many others things to do..
