I booked this tour through a website and scheduled a specific day. However, as the date came near, I weather forecast changed from sunny to strong rainy day. I was so worried I would not enjoy my tour on that day for Niagara and communicated that to Vlad. He was very accommodating and we were able to change my date to a day earlier as he still has that day free and it was a sunny day!

Aside from that, his tour has already started from the pick up and on the road going to Niagara. Sharing history and stories about Toronto and the different places in the city. He would give suggestions and options for me and my mom to choose. He shares information and can easily adjust to whatever we see on the road! We enjoyed that we stopped by at a little market on the way to Niagara-On-The-Lake that has the smallest church.

Thank you Vlad for being such a great tour guide! My mom and I definitely enjoyed our Niagara trip!

He shared a lot of knowledge and recommended both Skylon and the white water walk, we were not going to do these but are so glad we did, thanks to Vlad for the recommendations.

We spent a spectacular day with Vlad as our guide and driver, and from start to finish, it was pure excellence. Vlad picked us up right on time at 8am in a spotless white Toyota Sienna 7-seater, and we instantly felt safe and comfortable thanks to his calm driving and friendly, professional demeanor.

Our journey was packed with unforgettable highlights. We kicked off with a scenic stop at the Skylon Tower, where the views over Niagara Falls were simply breathtaking. Then came a thrilling boat ride that took us up close to the roaring waterfall—a truly exhilarating experience. Along the way, Vlad shared insightful commentary and handled every detail with care.

We also visited the oldest maple tree and a charming maple farm before heading across the Rainbow Bridge on foot. Vlad patiently waited for us at border control, and his timing and relaxed attitude made everything feel seamless.

The return journey was just as special. We visited the dramatic aero car, then savored a peaceful break at the elegant Two Sisters Vineyard. Our final stop was the historic and picturesque Queen Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake, a perfect way to wind down before arriving back at the hotel around 10:30pm.

Vlad's knowledge, warmth, and thoughtful planning made this one of the best tours we’ve ever taken. His attention to detail and genuine passion for the region stood out every step of the way. We can’t wait to see him again—and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a personalized, top-tier Canadian tour experience.

After seeing all of the excellent reviews for Vlad, I knew I had to book with him for our Niagara Falls trip. Best Decision Ever!!!! Vlad met us at our hotel in Toronto (in his super clean van) and off we went to Niagara Falls! On the way he gave us lots of information on the history of the area and the formation of the falls. Once we arrived at the falls area, he made it super easy with drop off and pick up. He was totally flexible with the amount of time we wanted to spend and had great recommendations about what to see there. After we left the falls area, he drove us to Niagara on the Lake. Again, he gave us time for lunch and some exploring, always being flexible with time. A peaceful ride back to Toronto was the ending to our perfect day! Thank You Vlad for such a wonderful time!! Everyone should be so lucky to meet you!

From the pick up to drop off Vlad, our driver and guide was professional knowledgeable and so patient. All 5 of us had the best time and without Vlad being at our beck and call, this would not have been possible. His recommendations were perfect. My wife and I just spent some time exploring the Niagara Falls area with Vlad during a day trip from Toronto. From the original email correspondence to the handshake at drop off, Vlad was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. Vlad was right on time for pickup and had us at the various locations we had selected right on schedule as well. Along the way Vlad was full of interesting facts and history on the sights we were seeing as well as some more broader insights into Canada generally. Vlad was flexible with scheduling, generous with his time, reliable with his advice and a very safe and conscientious driver. Vlad’s service is a very economical way to visit Niagara and we will remember the day as a highlight of our trip from Australia.

We have just had the BEST trip ever with Vlad. His communication via WhatsApp was extremely prompt and thorough whilst we were organising the day trip to Niagara Falls and made very suggestions for our itinerary.
He was outside our hotel ahead of time and the car ride was very comfortable and he was an excellent driver and gave us interesting bits of information along the way.
We spent a very full day in Niagara exploring many of the sights including the skyline tower ( both early morning and at night ) and the boat trip and the power station and at each point Vlad would drop us at the entrance and be waiting for us to take us to the next attraction. We also went to the rapids for a walk and to the cable car ride which were a few miles further down the river which Vlad suggested and I think I would have missed if Vlad hadn’t suggested them. They were also highlights of the trip . I would definitely recommend a trip to Niagara Falls with Vlad.
Ps. He also drove us to Buffalo, USA at our request to go to an amazing contemporary art gallery AKG which I would highly recommend and we managed to squeeze it in instead of Niagara on the lake , which I also hear is worth a visit
