Don't ever use their services!!! Beware!One of our flights was canceled by airline, so, they offered to manage this cancelation. I asked to cancel our return flight, but keep our outbound flight. Their agent on the chat promised me that everything is fine, but! All our flights turned out to be canceled!!! And i found out about that only when i tried to check in. I had to contact them by chat then call them, and they say "we are sorry, your flights is canceled"!! So, what i suppose to do if i found out that they accidentally cancel my flight 10 hours before the flight

никогда не связывайтесь с этой компанией! невозможно связаться со службой поддержки и решить свои вопросы, вам не пришлют счет на эмейл. В моем случае оператор, с которым я общалась снял неправильную сумму за билет, потом она вернулась, а через полгода ее сняли заново. Если хотите сохранить свои нервы, то используйте другого посредника.

The web site for booking flights is very nice, BUT!!!

If you have any kind of problems (i.e. need to change flight or the airiline company cancelled the flight) after they got your money - POOR YOU!

You can call, enter the booking reference 10 digit ended with # key and the last four digt of your credit card ended with # key and wait.

Then they will not help you because they are busy with customers with departure prior to yours and hang up!

But I WANT TO TRAVEL EARLIER, PLEASE HELP ME!!!

On their web site, you can not do any changes yourselves. They ask you to install their app.

On the app you can't do anything yourselves either.

You can chat with their chat robot Kris. He is nice and ask you a lot of questions and finally he understand that you need to get help from a human agent.

Then you fill your booking reference, your e-mail address once again and explain what you want to do.

Your estimated wait time is 26 minutes, was the result. I waited for a little more than 30 minutes and got this messag:
"Apologies but all of my human colleagues are currently busy. Kris our chat robot is here to help."

I did another try:
Clicked on the button [Return to agent]

Then i filled in the booking reference, my friends e-mail address once again and just asked the agente to come online.

Back in line and now the estimated time is doubled.

My friend that I am tryind to help has called for several days, tried the airline involved, Lufthansa but they do not answer either.

Please all international airlines and VISA and all other credit card companies: STOP TRAVELLINK from beeing able to do business with you
and if possible help customers to get their money back.

The Swedish site has 81 responses with 1.3 stars (some of them will give zero stars). The Dainish site has 34 responses with 1.6 stars. I am not alone with my frustration.

I can understand that things take time, but you should not kick us out in the dark after cueueing up for a long time and you should definitely have an e-mail address that we can communicate with you.

You did not wait for 52 minutes, but kicked me out after aproximatley 30 minutes.

I tried another time and this time I asced to cancel the booking and got another answer:

"Kindly note that given the extremely high volume of travellers seeking human support, we are currently giving priority to passengers traveling within the next 14 days.

Please try again as your departure date approaches and rest assured we are working hard to ensure all our customers receive assistance."

My friende who have paid standard ticket should be able to cancel. I hope you will do that when we are in your 14 days window.

My order got double booked due to an error on the travel link web page so I called the customer service which was sub par at best. I was told I couldn’t get a full refund but could get the amount of the plane ticket but still haven’t gotten a refund. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Scammers! After you payed and waiting for your trip, they cancel your trip and they can't help you. Read the other reviews as well. Stay away from them!
