I have been trying to reach ANYONE at Student Transportation Services for almost a month. I have left messages once a week for the last 3 weeks and have not received a call back.
I have had 3 children use their services over the years and have been generally unhappy but left with little recourse as they are very hard to communicate with.
The online app to track bus statuses is inefficient and problematic at best. For the last two days in a row, for example, we have received updates that our bus has been delayed 15 minutes almost 20 minutes after the bus was set to pick up our child resulting in one of us leaving work to get her to school on time.
If you have trouble coordinating school busses, perhaps you should not be in the business of coordinating school busses, I guess.

Does anybody answer the phone or return phone calls at the office? i’ve left numerous messages to try and get my child on the bus. I tried using the online thing it wouldn’t work.

Bad decision sending the buses out today. That makes it at least three this school year where the whole works should have been cancelled.
