First time in Thunder Bay, I flew in from Toronto.
I needed a ride to my hotel.
The taxi "stand" for Diamond Lacey's was right outside the airport entrance, very well marked.
I stood there less than 3 minutes, and a van pulled up clearly marked as the cab company. The driver got out to help me with my bag. Stuart Collins was his name. Very friendly. It was a pleasure to chat with him while we drove. A very nice start to my visit.

My son and I got a taxi yesterday (July 12th) twice. One was ordered for after 4:30pm, and the other around 9:30pm. Both drivers were incredibly friendly, and service was fast. My son (8yrs old) commented on how nice the first driver was, and that he liked him. Thank you for the great service.

I took a cab October 22nd from superstore to Cumberland and back home near James Street and my cab totaled $75.25! I also took a cab prior to that to superstore, in total I spent $100 on cab fare. Although I can appreciate that you have to pay your driver's and maintenance costs, we shouldn't be paying prices that would fill a gas tank and then some. I really hope you will lower your prices because this is incredibly hard on single parents who need to be at places of importance and the bus becomes inadequate.

I booked a cab yesterday for a very early morning pick up. I was hesitant to use a taxi service as Uride is the usual go-to, but due to their unavailability I called Diamond Lacey’s. They did not disappoint! I pre booked a pick up for several hours later and the operator assured me they would be there despite my fears of being forgotten. Both the operator and the driver were excellent! It did cost double the daytime fees due to the late night hour, but with that said I would definitely have no problem using this taxi company again. I would also not hesitate recommending them to others. Thanks for the great all around service!

My experience today was fine, called for taxi from Safeway vehicle arrived promptly and was clean, driver 74 was good mannered he helped carry my groceries into condo lobby and price was normal ...

I called Diamond Taxi from work tonight for a customer. A guy finally answered and didn't say anything, so I said hello. In a very annoyed voice he said " I'm here". So I proceeded to order a cab for my customer and your operator was extremely rude to me, asked me a question and in the middle of my response, your CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR hung up as I was answering his question!!!!!!!!!! Is this the way you want your customers treated? If the CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR doesn't like his job, maybe he should be flipping burgers in the back of McDonalds, AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC!!!!!! I will never call Diamond taxi for one of my customers again.

The price have doubled for the same ride within a month and when questioned suddenly the driver doesn’t speak English and dispatch hangs up on you. Don’t ever take this trash of a taxi service

I spoke to 2 different customer service on the phone and they were very very rude trying to help me with a situation the driver that drove was speeding and gave funny comments this taxi service has been a bad experience for me first time in Thunderbay
