Hotel de passage. Typique Amérique du Nord

Great place. We upgraded here from local motel. Very clean, staff is great very accommodating. We did find that the water coolers could be refilled and maybe little better choices at breakfast. All in all great place. Front desk lady is amazing!

Great location, beds are very comfortable. Breakfast food horrible for free breakfast, they could do better; compared to other places we have stayed at, I give their breakfast a 1 out of 10. I asked for help the first time we were there for breakfast, the pancake batter was low and didn't work, the lady at the desk was not busy and said she would help and that there's something wrong with the machine. She said she would come and help, she kept doing whatever she was doing at the front desk and didn't come, so we walked out. This was August 27th around 8 am. The food is not good anyways, so we didn't miss anything. Not much variety.

This is a nice hotel, breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are very, very nice and clean, spacious. The staff is super friendly, stayed here couple nights a week for the past seven weeks only problem I’ve had with this hotel is four out of those seven weeks they’ve lost my reservation twice they were full, and I had no place to go. So for service, I would give them a five star for their politeness and eagerness to satisfy, unfortunately competency drops their service down to one star. And thats unfortunate

Great staff that are extremely accommodating and eager to help. Rooms are a bit worn but its a working persons hotel and that's to be expected. Unfortunately its not close to the amenities that are offered in town. Stayed for work and will stay again.

Update- the manager did get me a copy of our billing and made adjustments. Make sure everything is correct before leaving there. Today was my fourth time trying to get a copy of the folio for my team that stayed there 3 weeks ago. Everyday they say, give me 30 mins. Not only have they overbilled us but they won’t give us a receipt so we can’t even invoice for the work we did in the area. The manager was less than helpful at first and was pretty rude. Don’t stay here for work

Elsie was very kind and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable and chatted with me while I waited for my cab. She has a warm personality and I hope to stay here again and see her again

Always efficient, no nonsense checkin and checkout. Rooms are clean, plenty of hotwater. Good breakfast. Working ice machine. Internet which does not have problems. This is what you need when you are in Chetwynd for business.
