Sheryl went above and beyond during our check-in. This was my first time visiting Chetwynd, and she kindly shared recommendations on where to go, which made the experience even better.

The following day, Jed at the front desk was just as wonderful, so pleasant, helpful with all my questions, and made sure I was able to access and enjoy the hotel’s amenities. Both of them truly made our stay smooth and welcoming. Excellent service all around!

There were no hand towels for face cloths in the bathroom. Apparently the room had just been serviced and somebody overlooked that the shower curtain rod was loose and hung improperly apparently their previous maintenance guy wasn't very good at his job there should be the new guy who was up to par and he would look after that and they thanked me for pointing it out. The wallpaper in the bedroom was bubbling or separating from the wall because obviously there had been a leak coming from one of the upper floors at one time. I hope their new maintenance guy can catch up and fix up these little things. The breakfast was mediocre it was frozen stuff that was cooked in a toaster oven or a microwave not much taste but it filled the void. The staff was very friendly and helpful and loan me a wall charger for my cell phone. There was ample parking which I liked as I had a larger vehicle. I would stay there again with hope Dr new maintenance guy is going to be able to catch up all the repairs

The hotel entrance and lobby looked clean. But reception services was very poor. There was someone being trained. Yet the trainer did not talk to us about available amenities and breakfast time. Nor where to locate the wifi password. The service was poor. But the worst is how this new trainee will function well with such a quality of training. However, the rugs in the second floor looked clean old buy the rooms and rugs were very clean and well kept.

The young man working the front desk was very helpful after Expedia caused us some grief with our booking. Mason was quick, friendly, and very accommodating. Very satisfied with the service we had here. However, the pillows are awful. The worst, most thick and chunky pillow I’ve ever had to try to sleep with. The amenities were a little outdated , definitely worn down- but the room was spacious and comfortable enough for our short stay.

Pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Would never use a Pomeroy pillow again and rather bring one from home. And alarm clocks from the 90s with no bedside plug in for modern technology was frustrating. Aside from that, solid breakfast and really nice staff here. I’ve been to Pomeroy in Dawson and the stuff plus the rooms were atrocious. Stoked these cats at least make you feel welcome. Just wish they’d recognize their tech is antiquated and if they want better reviews, invest in some new pillows that aren’t the cheapest you can find

Although it's an older hotel we found it to be immaculately clean, the service was excellent and all the little extras were wonderful! We had a fireplace in our suite which made it very comfortable and a little kitchenette with everything you need. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! The lobby was large and accommodating with a fireplace also, coffee was out at all times, and there was a spot for using the computer and sending correspondence. There was no issue with bringing our dog in who was traveling with us. We will definitely stop in again when we find ourselves in the area😊

$200 a night, definitely not worth it. Pool and hot tub wasn't working. Could of mentioned that on there site before booking. Kids where disappointed. With the amount of stains in the Hallways, they looked like a crime seen out of a movie. Stains all over the room, walls curtains lamp shades very disgusted. Food tasted like it was old and stale. Front desk was very rude. 2 out 5 stars. And that's being polite. Would not recommend.

Stayed here for 2 months on floor 3 in the kitchenette style rooms.
This stay was great, the cleaners to a great job keeping everything very clean.
Laundry machines
The hot breakfast is awesome & very convenient.
The lady does such a good job with cooking and baking the muffins.
There’s a solid gym & hot tub and pool which is great after a long day of work. This place is 10/10.
It has everything you need. A home away from home.
Would come back if I have to work there again !!
