Doctor said they would call us right away with results of our daughter’s strep throat test. They gave our daughter antibiotics and she got a rash all over her body because the next hospital we went to 10 days later said she actually has mono and antibiotics cause a rash with mono. We would have stopped giving her the antibiotics if the Chetwynd doctor would have called us. It’s been a dozen days and we have yet to ever hear back from them. Very unprofessional!

Had the best experience tonight at the Chetwynd Hospital. Brought my boyfriend to ER as he was having a serious heart attack and Dr. Finkelstein and his staff were so quick to hook him up and X-ray him it probably saved his life. The doctor had a great sense of humour while being so professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly and professional. Chetwynd should be proud of their hospital. I know I am.

Have been waiting for hours for a doctor to come look at burns on my husbands hand, we are in a shared room where someone had just had stitches done and they have left bloody rags and needles in here. When i asked them if there was a possibility that someone could come in and clean it up, they responded in a rude tone of voice and told me to suck it up. I am horribly angry and my husband is still in pain. Just ridiculous treatment here, there was no reason for her to respond so rudely to me.

Better last time we went but that may have had to do with my wife being Ambulance up there. Really good fill in doctor from Prince George, Dr Bartel. Very impressed with his thourough examination and diagnosis with suggestion on another Avenue we could look into for my wife's ongoing illness.
