Expérience exceptionnelle. Endroit chaleureux. Bon service. Nous avons passez 2 nuits qui sortent de l'ordinaire en plus d être relaxantes. Vous devez louer avec hot tub!! Un sentier est disponible sur le site pour les balades en quad se qui est plaisant pour les amateurs de machine. Et la collation pré payée était succulent. Merci et à Bientôt 😊

Endroit magique ! Une expérience à vivre ! Très propre et bonne intimité avec les autre dôme. Propriétaire très convivial et à l'écoute . Un peu loin de tout, mais vaux la peine .

Went for 1 night, 2 domes. Not on the water or easy access to water. Upon check in, 1 dome wasn’t even cleaned from the customers before us so they had to put us in another dome far away. Those people ended up sleeping in their vehicle because of bugs and cleanliness. False advertising. Dirty, run down domes. We booked two small domes and they gave us two large domes and charged us for it. Also, started both hot tub fires which we didn’t ask for or use - charged us for both. (One was at a dome we didn’t even stay in). Just a disaster of a night. AVOID. I’m sure it was a gem of a place when it was looked after well.

Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Won’t be back. Staff are very friendly and kind. Hot tubs are too much work considering they are mainly cold with worms in them. The first dome we went to was full of ants, including in the bed and we spent the first while there killing ants and sweeping them before we asked to move domes. Bathroom had no door and provided not much privacy that way. Bed was comfortable and the dome itself was nice once they moved us. Also no dog bed provided after we were told there would be.

When we got there everything seemed nice but the roof started leaking on us overnight because of the rain.

The person attending told us everything would be fine, that we were going to get a refund and we were planning on booking again at another time. Maintenance issues happen and that's understandable.

But for the past 3 weeks he stopped awnsering messages and hung up on us when we tried to call.

It feels like they are trying to dodge giving us our refund.

Place was clean which was nice. Bbq didn’t work, we asked the person about the bbq on the phone and told him it didn’t work and he said it does and then gave us a lighter that he left there. Didn’t fix the issue. The bbq was all rotted out and rusted out and would start but then go right back out. Needs to be replaced. Also hot water tank was leaking and I know someone must be aware of it because of the paper towel around it. Was here last year in September and it was a lot better and the customer service was much better. I don’t think it’s the same owner anymore:(
