Firstly the price was not the same at check-in and the reception didn't show any interest to honor my reservation price. Secondly the room was at most worth half the price, it was not even a 2.5 out of 5, Thirdly breakfast was very poor and only lasted until 930am even on a weekend and if yo happened to get there at 830 good luck finding food. The only good thing about the room with a tiny tv and tiny bathroom, was the bed was comfortable. If i had of known this hotel was that bad i would have picked the lower priced motels around the area and at least you know what you get. Choice or Ascend should be ashamed to have this hotel in there collection

I have been staying at Waterfront many years with my bike (motorbike) riding. Shout out to Cathy. Lots of confusion with a highway accident (not me) and I had to cancel, then call back and reset the reservation. Not only did it work out, I received a more bike friendly room that came available. Can't ask for better, especially after 11 hrs on the road. The room was very welcome. Then a pickeral meal at the adjoining restaurant to boot. Thanks.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! The outisde of the building is a bit dated but inside is updated, comfortable and welcoming. The lake views are second to none and the boardwalk is steps away. The restaurant adjacent to the restaurant is fabulous and shares the same lake views. The website often does not get you to the actual hotel website. You have to call to make a reservation. You cannot book online. The breakfast offered is plentiful…eggs, sausage, French Toast, pastries, fruit, cereal and coffee….included in your stay. Perfect place for a family stay winter or summer.
