Excellent service from the time of inquiry to booking and departure, Kim Buck made sure that we are taken care of. She’s very pleasant to deal with, responsive and gave us all the information we needed, visa entry and exit to Domican. Pointers on what to do in booking an Ala Carte and excursions. She double checked everything and go through with us for the last time 2 days before our departure. I felt very relieved with all the tips and hints on hand. The price she gave us was very affordable and she tracked price comparison and update us for any changes. Excellent service from Kim. Above and beyond expectations and would highly recommend her and Sell Off Vacations to anyone looking for an all inclusive deal. We are ready to book our next vacation!!’
