Date day! Stopped in while passing through and decided to play 20$ on slots in memory of my dear mum who loved playing the penny machine! Well we were at the same machine for a couple of hours, up and down but so much fun! We came away with a few $ and feeling happy. All staff are lovely and attentive. We'll definitely stop in again. We had a great time!

We found staff in restaurant very friendly. Food was disappointing. We had hot beef sandwiches It was sliced deli beef. Fries were grainy. Dry, no flavor. We paid 9.50x 2 after 12.50x2 coupon. =$ 22 ×2 + tip for a meal that wasn't very good. That didn't include beverage, just a glass of water ,
Didn't think we would lose our $ so fast. Friendly staff but the rest quite disappointing. That will teach us! Maybe it's more exciting and better on weekends. ?😃

Well, it is kinda shabby. Definitely needs a renovation! The restaurant is a 1 star. The food was not edible. Ordered fish and chips, my husband who is not a fussy eater at all could not eat the fish after 2 bites. The fries were grainy like they were saved from the night before and refried.
I had the hot beef sandwich, well , it seems like it was from a boil in a bag beef and the fries the same as I mentioned. If you are planning a visit and have never been there, eat before you go.
I hope gateway doesn't own it because if so they need to do a undercover boss visit. It was awful.
We had to stop at Tim's to get a soup and a bun because we couldn't eat the food. Also way over priced.

long time gambler...my only real negative is the 2 drinks an hour. this makes it a hard place to go for a good time. work around is to walk in and order 2 beers right away...yes the machines could be tight but like every casino i go to sometimes i win and most times i lose. no issue with the staff i dont go there to hang out with them. the biggest issue is the size of the machines. they are giant and i get a sore neck looking up at them. i mean why do they need to be so big we are not playing pacman. im going to go see if i can turn 2k into zero or 4k. may update review........ok managed to turn my 2k into 4k walk out profit. i took a 2300$ cash out no issue at the machine handpay never took my name..i later took 2 tickets 1700 and a 1500 to the counter to cash out and it took like 10 minutes, need my name, where i worked if the tickets were mine etc etc..crazy. i gambled mostly in alberta even when i won 30k all i did there was sign the payout sheet and got the money in like 5 minutes. ontario is wack

Seam ro me that the odds of winning in THIS "casino" or far worse then most others I've been to.
A also don't believe a place that calls itself a "casino" should have, at least a couple black Jack tables and maybe, roulette etc etc...
I don't think I need to mention the "road" to the casino...........if you go there more that 4 times a year.....you better win thousands. You will need the winnings to repair your vehicle's front end and suspension......PUT SOME OF THE PEOPLES MONEY BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY. INSTEAD OF YOUR POCKETS...
