Just a heads up, The buses NEVER leave on time. So don't make plans within an hour or two of getting to your destination, you mostly likely will not make them in time. The "earliest" I've been able to leave is 30m late and the latest I've been is 1hr and 45m past leave time. But once I get on the ride is pretty much smooth sailing and the bathrooms are cleanly enough.

Very dirty place. Washrooms are locked and customer service is good. Meanwhile as you get on a bus you are created by a driver and helps you put your stuff on which was great. Then he never checked our tickets I could of got a free bus ride .. then the worst came while driving our driver got on his cell phone plugged in his earphones and decided to go threw his playlist of music all while driving. The law applies to everyone even bus drivers

This location is share with timmins city transit, the washrooms are for passengers of Ontario Northland.. only the staff gives you the keys when ask, the place is not clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The coach driver is good helping with your bags before boarding the bus. The driver than proceeds to check tickets. Great service.

Always security around, thank goodness. Very small station, cramped and hard to move when there are more than five people near the counter.

Website is iffy. No PayPal option. Message saying the transaction wasn't completed. Did it all over, it accepted. Opened my email and 2 confirmations, for 2 seperate tickets. Sent email explaining what happened. Tried calling next morning(no answer- long w/e), but got an email afternoon of ride. They refunded the extra trip.(nice and efficient'made me happy).
So all in all it was ok.
1st bus ride in 41yrs.

Can't use public washrooms owned by city but O.N.R. passengers only? Nonsense n irrelevant excuses put security 24 7 ,local bus patrons should b able to use bathrooms . Coin operated good idea n monitor them by security ...city of timmins owns this property n responsible for our safety also, so get your act together..its a city with a very high percentage of people over 50 also..
