Pre-arranged a ride to and from Pearson with Waterloo Taxi. On each trip, the drivers were pleasant, professional, and prompt. I felt they were great drivers and great customer service providers. Especially given my returning flight was delayed and Waterloo Taxi had to adjust accordingly. Cars were very clean and comfortable. Allowed me to enjoy a stress-free commute to the airport. Would definitely use again.

Recently used Waterloo taxi for a trip to an event while staying in Waterloo. Driver was kind and patient when Mr card didn’t work at first. He cancelled and then charged a second time. Seemed like an easy fix- to get refunded the cancelled charge. At first customer service was courteous and helpful- but after numerous emails back and forth and a simple refund turned into a wild goose chance. Gave up - took the loss and stopped trying. Of course it could be a technical issue and I appreciate the attempt at help. But after the back and forth for days - have to take the loss and move on. Shame

one of the worst cab companies I ever had to deal with anywhere. first, they charge you without varifying the date and time (happens to me twice). next, they lie about the time or cancel drivers (happened several times, too). there is a reason why they charge less than other companies.

Pre booked taxi service to be picked up from Pearson after my trip. Discovered at the pick up point that I wasn’t listed in the system at all. They clearly forgot to schedule the pick up. When I called Waterloo Taxi I was told the taxi was on their way and that they had not mixed up the pick up. I asked for a refund so that I could get an Uber as I did not want to wait. They said that I could not get a refund as the taxi was on their way and would be there in 25 min. I waited 1 hr, the exact time it takes to go from Waterloo to Pearson ( clearly they sent someone after I called). I don’t blame the driver but dispatch for the mistake and lack of customer service. The last thing you want to do after a long trip is wait at the airport for an hour. Had they admitted wrong doing and just let me refund so that I could arrange to get home sooner I would’ve remained a customer. I’ve used Waterloo taxi many times but as a result I will NEVER use Waterloo taxi for any trips in the future.

Drivers keep refusing to listen to my wife when she tells them which way to take. They also argue with her. Is this because she is a woman? I am very disappointed in your service. You need to train your drivers better.

I didn't use the service but noticed something scary. I was on my porch and a Grey Toyota went past. He was far off to the opposite of the road. Reason? He was looking at his phone!! Pull over

Taxi's don't pay attention at crosswalks. One just about took a pedestrian out at the knees. Not the first time the drivers have done that. Pedestrian took pictures of the car and driver. See one coming stay out of its way
